This water dispenser is great! It looks very high-end, and the transparent water tank allows you to see how much water is in it. After using it, I can clearly feel that the taste of impurities in the water has become lighter and the water has become clearer. There are 4 buttons on the machine that can be selected to control the water temperature and water output. I looked at the filter inside, and it is indeed as described in the introduction, with multiple layers of filtration. The filtered water allows me to drink with confidence. This water filter is worth recommending!

Living in the Central part of the US, the tap water is definitely different than the East Coast. The water in our area is too hard for your typical fridge water filter. So I'd thought to give this a try and it exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much!! If we didn't rent I'd definitely would get something more permanent, but this works like a charm!

Bought this in May, the CPU chip melted and the unit leaked water from underneath the water reservoir, no warning lights or anything. The cooling function is only so-so
