Replace my old cheap Mr. Coffee maker with this new coffee machine. The initial setup is pretty self-explanatory once I plugged in the power. The machine itself looked well-build and a huge upgrade to the plastic one that I retired. With twos kids and a dog, the timed-preset will make sure that I can kickstart the morning with a fresh brewed pot of coffee. And with the little discount comparing to other name brand coffee machine, this is a no brainer. Highly recommend it.

The coffeemaker met my expectations. I find it very exasperating to have to submit a review of every purchase I make. This has become annoying.

First, this was never delivered! I'm disappointed that Best Buy isn't helping me to get my product and that disputing the charge is so hard to do. I really wanted this product. When speaking with Best Buy, I was told I would get an email from Seller the next day. Did not! I bought it through the Best Buy online ordering. The run around about delivery is horrible and the Seller is not responding. I most likely will NEVER order through this Best Buy site again. This was a horrible experience. I have always had the highest confidence in Best Buy.
