If you haven't discovered "Hell on Wheels" as of yet, you should make a point of BINGE watching it. It will not disappoint you. If you like westerns and missed them over the past few years, this is the show for you. The characters keep your interest. The stories are true to life as you would expect it to be for the era. The content may not be for younger viewers, but for adults, I HIGHLY recommend it. We have watched the series since it premiered the first show. It has lots of twists, surprises, and characters that you become invested in their story. I bought the first season in this first purchase and will continue to buy all of them as they become available. It is worth the cost. It's worth your time. Again, if you like westerns, or LOVE westerns, this one could be for you. Get your copy and enjoy your viewing. It's hard to just watch one episode. You will find you will want to see all of them and watch the next season.

This is such a great show. Very entertaining whether you like westerns or not.

This TV series gives the viewer a great picture of the Old West and how rough and dangerous the life was at that time. Mr. Bohannon, the lead character, was awesome!!! In my humble opinion, this is a great representation of the building of the transcontinental railroad and life in the Old West.

I'm a very busy person so when I watch any tv it's usually Tv series I'm interested in and buy to watch at my own pace. This show looked interesting so I bought the first 2 seasons and I'm glad I did. It's a great show. Mixes a little history with likable characters and a little violence to keep you on edge.

It's about time somebody makes a series about something very interesting that happened In America. One thing that never changes in that is greed deceit and deception has the same factor as today's times. At least back then you could take care of it yourself.

The building of the transcontinental railroad has more historical politics and difficulties than is taught in classrooms. This series gives a deeper insight into the building of the railroad while also providing great action in a fictional story.

The first season got my attention. The railroad conflict and the acting was competent and the story flowed well. I am not as interested in tv series as I am in high profile films. Still, this series is well done and I look forward to seeing more of the same. I also have the second season, but as of yet, I have not had a chance to see any of it. Hope the magic continues.

A great series if you're into westerns or action movies. Beware it's very addicting. I couldn't stop watching until I killed the whole season.

If you love Cowboys & all the action that goes along with them, you need this set. You'll be hooked! Not suitable for young children, tho. Absolutely love this series!

A very good story line with some real strong characters. The actors seem perfect for their roles. A must watch and follows a real story of the building of the railroad.

i am watching this show on netflix and it is great. I got it for friend who does not have cable and had heard about show at office. (He loves westerns.)

I got hooked when Season 2 was rebroadcast prior to the start of Season 3. I purchased Season 1 to catch up with what was happening. I have a new favorite series.

Everything is in crystal clear, top condition and looks and sounds great. The fact that it's one of my favorite shows is icing on the cake.

Hooked on Hell on wheels, not great for small kids but older 14+ . some historical facts... Names and places DO exist. We live at one

An entertaining series of the "Western" genre. Good drama and decent action. I'm looking forward to watching season 2.

The best of the shows out there so sad that they ended it but the DVD series is awesome
