Amazing Tracks And Awesome Storytelling

Meatloaf still knows how to make amazing music, that tells fantastic stories, and reaches people of all ages! There are a lot of great songs on this album, and the beats are catchy and easy to get lost in. In my personal opinion this cd isn't as good as Bat Outta H ell Vol 1 (Best Buy won't let me post the title of this album correctly (lol)), but it is still one of Meatloaf's best albums to date! I definitely recommend picking this album up!

Age is showing - but still Meatloaf

Meatloaf is showing and feeling his age, but we all are. Even with that said, this is a classic Meatloaf album. I doubt that there will be any tracts that reach commercial success. With that said, I was pleased with the album.

Not quite as memorable as Bat Out of He#!, but good arena rock. Great to hear Loaf back. So funny they won't let me write the album name. Censorship is alive and well.

This record sounds more like a play or opera-like than previous Meal Loaf albums; however, I found myself liking it more with each successive listen...

Meatloaf does it again, good music. In my personal opinion, he is still one of the best Rock Opera performer, that I have ever heard.

Hardcore Meat Loaf fans should like it. The 1st track was a little off-putting but from then on good solid Meat Loaf!

The new Meatloaf album is a mix of great new songs and mediocre ones. The lyrics are good as always.

Great screen, more than adequate video card for anything I've tried to play. games-wise. Boots into windows in like 4 seconds, thanks to the SSD. Cost more than my (admittedly terrible) car, so I was leery of putting that much money into a laptop, and I'm kinda paranoid about taking it out of the house, but I love this thing.

Unfortunately the voice just isn't as grand as it once was. The writing is not bad, but nothing terrific there either. Hopefully Loaf still has something special left in him, it just isn't this one.

Was looking forward to this CD. It was alright but I didn't enjoy it as much as I had hoped. This may be one that I need to listen to more than once to have it grab.

Time has not been kind to meatloaf's vocals. It's now an acquired taste. The music is good. Don't expect another Bat. This one may take a few listens to appreciate.

Meat Loaf sings more songs from his long time partner Jim Steinman.. the man behind the classic Bat Out Of H*ll album (had to censor it for upload)
This album has a classic sound but is a must have for any Meat Loaf fan!!

This is the latest CD from Meatloaf, it has been a while since we have had any new music and this is like the old Meatloaf. Produced by Jim Steinman, the music is classic Meatloaf. if you are a fan this is a must buy.

Sounds great but this is amongst Jim Steinman's poorest songs. A talent is wasted here

This is a worthy addition to the catalog of Meatloaf and Steinman classics. It was not politically correct but filled with great songs by a fantastic musical pairing.
