    Lot of issues with these bulbs constantly not responding on currently updated HomePod mini and latest firmware on 11-22-21. Hopefully there will be some future updates to make these better but they still don’t beat the responsiveness of the Hue bulbs I currently have.

    Absolute horrible product! No support from Nanoleaf. Stick with Phillis Hue they have a small hub but work Great and last

    The bulbs are ok. They just lose connection a lot which defeats the purpose of getting them

    Aweful. Read online. Works for a few weeks. Stops connecting to the home. Breaks HomeKit. Buy new ones and the bikes have different controls so you can never get them to match color and brightness. The same percentages are visibly different. Do not buy unless u only bed one build.

    Can't hold a connection using thread, even when it's right next to the hub and using the latest firmware. Also smart things dosent recognize it.

      Hello and thanks for reaching out Jarret! Sorry for the trouble you are having with the Bulbs, but we can definitely look into this. We recently also upgraded our App to make sure we can take care of this issue. Have you tried to factory reset your Bulb? Here's a link to a video for that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CPad4fDq2iA Also, you can clear Nanoleaf App Cache in your App settings, and then deleting old pairing by deleting the device from the Nanoleaf app, then restarting your phone. Switch the power back to your Essentials and re-set up Essentials to your app. Let us know if any of that helps!

    We had constant connection issues from the initial set up. The control was lagging and not very responsive. We ended up returning after many attempts to reset over a few days.

    These lights are great…. When they work. I am using them with HomeKit and like so many other non-hue lights, they are constantly non responsive. I’ve had them for a week now and have had to reset them and go through set up again 3 times. I can’t speak to how they work with Alexa or Assistant, but as far as HomeKit goes, don’t waste your time. I guess there’s a reason they are more affordable.

    These bulbs was a headach. Did not connect to my homepod nor google nest hub. I will stick with Hue Lights.

    These bulbs are the most unreliable pieces of crap I've ever seen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! They do not work with Google Home. So if you're not in the cult of Apple these will not work for you. Sure you can control them via NanoLeafs shotty app but thats not the point of "smart home". The only product I would recommend from NanoLeaf is Shapes.

There have been a lot of updates in the technologies concerning connectivity and we are working hard to make sure our products are able to adapt with these changes. Were you trying to connect them to your Google Home? The A19 Bulb is even Thread enabled so connectivity in them should be seamless.     You need to have a thread enabled device to even connect it to google home. So you can't use most of the actual featutes like sceduling snd what not. Horrible, will be returning as I just got it

    THE ONLY ONE TO BUY!

    These were the brand I first bought at Apple.com. I decided that if Apple was selling them on their own site that it was a good bet they were at least compatible. Extrtemely simple to set up. I thought I’d try a cheaper brand with my next purchase. You definitely get what you pay for. I finally broke down and bought more of these and I’m glad I did. I wanted to be able to have lights go on and off easily if I’m away or even home for that matter. They’re very bright and I have to say it again They’re easy to set up. Nice and bright, but not too bright. Took me all of 5 minutes to set up all 3 in 3 different rooms. I also bought a Home Pod Mini to use in our bedroom as an intercom mostly but it just seemed more convenient to have one upstairs and one downstairs rather than screaming to each other. I highly recommend these light bulbs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
