These lights were the first set of strip lighting I have bought before. I got a new desk and computer and wanted to give it a nice feeling during the night. I like these because you can download the app and control everything from your phone. BUT, my only issue is the remote is 4.5 inches from the end of the light strip, thus making it impossile to use the remote at all if it is in a very tight area!!!!

Hard to install but it provides great light brightness. Once those copper connectors break...you're pretty much F'ed into making it work without buying more or something else. I had throw mine away because i couldn't return it anymore.

Hello and sorry for this inconvenience, we're always working to improve everything from the technical and the user experience perspective. Still, for our part, we're working hard to ensure everyone has the best experience possible. Your Lightstrips should be covered with a 2-year warranty, were you able to reach out to us to get a replacement? WE should be able to take care of that with no problem!

Nanoleaf products are high quality and easy to set up in my HomeKit app. Mounted this string behind my TV for evening watching, or when the room is darkened by cloudy days or night. It was easy to set up, worked in about five minutes. Purchased two extensions as well so it would fit around the perimeter of my 65” TV. Looks outstanding and works well in my HomeKit.

Good choice that has added a nice lighting effect to our TV. We have had some connection issues to control through the app but this hasn't been too much of an issue as we usually use the physical controller.
