Failed after a few hours

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The lights are beautiful when they turn on, but after going through the effort of setting them up on my ceiling and doing all the cable management, the lights started becoming unresponsive and then failed totally. After hours of troubleshooting, Nanoleaf sent made me send a video of the issue and sent a replacement controller, but that didn’t solve the issue. And now that it’s outside the return window, I’m left with a bunch of expensive non-working decorations on my wall that I have to go through the effort of taking down again. Would not recommend

Questionable build quality

Inconsistent and easily falls off breaking the connectors that secure the beams. For the amount it’s not made well. I could just have received a defective unit, but if the additional wall adhesive units are having the same issue im not sure.

Very innovative

The unlimited customizatin within the app amd the sheer colors it displays is amazing in itself, but wait l.. There's more, the added effects that you can do with the app is truly endless. I recommend to literally anyone. They are worth the extra dollar.
