Adhesive behind panels.

Posted .Sorry to hear about your panels falling! A few things could have caused this issue, from having dust or oil on the wall before mounting, to having uneven or textured walls, or wallpaper, all of which are not ideal for mounting our panels, unfortunately. If you think dust or oil may have been the issue and you wish to mount them again with the original type of adhesives, we can send you replacement tapes, and you can make sure to clean the wall and allow it to fully dry before mounting. If you wish to go with this option, let us know, and our support team can get your information to ship you the extra mounting tapes.

Great until they disconnect

Around day 28 the lights disconnected from my Nanoleaf app (iPhone) and I could not get them to reconnect. I’ve since done everything from a hard reset (several times), tried the app on another phone, and tried the Nanoleaf at a different house. Nothing seems to work and looking on Reddit I saw many people reported the same issues with no solutions. Going to return these since it’s still within the 30 day window and do not plan on getting another set. They’re really easy to set up and they look nice but the connectivity issues are not worth the price.

Long Awaited For

I snatched up the last remaining box and added a whole new obsession for light play / decor in an apartment far too small but at least no one could ever say it's lacking in illumination! Love my Nanos and cannot wait to expand my collection....albeit slowly.

Bright Lights

Only thing I am not sure of is when it comes time to take them down what will it do to my drywall. But for now it does not matter, he loves them!
