    These are really fun and look great with any room and/or gaming setup. That being said, ours have had issues with randomly turning off, so we have to hit the power button a few more times than ideal. Overall quality is good.

    everything was working fine until i connected them through the app. once i turned the lights off through the app, they went berzerk and stopped working altogether.

    I’ve had high expectations from Nanoleaf as I’ve watched tons of reviews on them and for the price I should be receiving a high end lighting system. But the lights were disproportional. Does not pair. Buttons are unresponsive to hard or soft reset. Poor quality from Nanoleaf.

      Hey Drea, we are genuinely sorry for what happened here. There have been updates to the firmware that should resolve some connectivity issues, but no worries, we should be able to assist, however, we might have to ask you some questions to troubleshoot. Once we see that there are possible defective parts, we can also help in getting that replaced. Will there be any way we can contact you so we can follow through with some other troubleshooting steps to get this resolved?

    Love hate relationship with this thing. Has a kind of its own and very disobedient... No matter how many times you yell or lecture or turn it on or off.....he does what it pleases

    They worked great for a while but eventually just kept disconnecting and making it so difficult to reconnect. They also left an unfortunate dark color on the wall when I decided to take them down. Very bummed on how expensive they are as well.

    the lights are great, BUT, the links that hold them together, suck. they fall apart very easy, and it doesn't take much to break them apart.

    These are really cool and make neat designs on the wall, however, the attachment method is less than adequate. They fall off the wall easily.
