We were looking for something small enough to fit in a smaller area, but powerful enough to actually be good for cardio. This machine is both.

Assembly is challenging for one person. Ultimately the assembly was accomplished with one part not fitting properly. Nautilus customer support is impossible to reach after multiple tries. Overall the trainer is substantial, well made and operates as it should, with the exception of the incline function…the part that won’t assemble properly. Geek Squad delivery was efficient and as scheduled.

Not too difficult to put together, works great, easy to set up users and pair with the Nautilus app.

Was very pleased with this product. Not that difficult to maneuver was easy to program. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase.

Good build quality at this price point. I chose this machine because It has all the features I want and very few that I don't. Some more expensive models require an internet connection to even work. I don't need to share all that much info with the company I buy an elliptical from. I can use an app with this if I choose to track progress more exactly.

Good quality machine for the price, instructions where a little confusing

Our appointment for delivery and installation was met by the 2 gentlemen from Best Buy. They wore their masks and were very respectful. The elliptical was put together quickly and it works great! Kudos!

Exactly what I expected Very sturdy and smooth. Unit is substantial and withstands a 300 pound man.

It is perfect for home use and it does get the job done if you really workout for good period of time. Overall machine works well and in perfect condition so far.

The machine itself looks and feels fine during a workout but the computer is broken. Does not track mileage or calories accurately. Also, trying to return this broken machine has been a nightmare through Best Buy.

I gave it a 1 becouse I can give it a lower score. I got this machine on April 6. Pay for shipping and installation. I also paid for best buy warranty. The machine is broken, and what the customer service associate from best buy said to me was to call Nautilus because the elliptical is under the manufacturer warranty. When I call Nautilus, they said that they will send the part for my husband to fix it. However, the do not know the difference between the resistant and the elliptical inclination mechanism. So, paid all that money for a machine that is unfunctional. I don't even know when it will be fix or if it will be fix. The funny thing about all of this is that I wanted another elliptical, but this one was highly recommended by best buy customer support. Here I am, no machine to use and a lot of money expend. Please do not buy this elliptical becouse it is not worthy.
