Delivery was right on time, set up and adjustments were easy to complete. Very happy with the Nautilus exercise bike.

Works good for what it is, if you just need to get the job done then it’s a good buy, not commercial feel but it works and you get the job done.

The bike works ok, but the Bluetooth connectivity is quirky at best

I bought the U618 exercise bike. On the third use (so less than an hour of use) the screen went blue and said error button stuck. I spent well over an hour waiting on the phone and tried online chatting before being told by the Geek Squad that I needed to contact Nautilus. The Nautilus rep. was good, took the info. needed and said someone would contact me. They didn't. I contacted them again and they said they will ship me a new part for me to install and that it would be two weeks before they even ship it. The bike is beyond return time (which is about two weeks long). I would not at this time recommend this purchase.

Its a nice bike for the price. Its a little noisy but it works well.

I purchased this on sale and so far it is well worth the money. This is a good model that bridges economy bikes with the high end gym models. Nautilus seems to be good quality, but the only issue I really have is with the seat. It takes a lot to ensure it is secure and won't turn.

Bike is a great it’s fairly quiet, just wanted to have it for basic bike riding and it’s perfect

I purchased this bike as an addition to my home gym setup. This unit was easy to assemble, and easy to start using. The bike offers height and front / back adjustability to the seat, as well as as swiveling screen forward / backwards. I am not a professional cyclist, so this will perform any / all duties that I need for cycling. For resistance, this bicycle will go way above / beyond my current cycling abilities, and most likely the abilities that I will probably have in the future. One thing that drew me to this purchase was the ability to use a chest strap heart rate monitor with this, which I have used in 2 ways: Monitoring my heartrate while riding to monitor performance. You can set the program to "Heartrate" which will adjust the resistance based on how high your heartrate is getting, which is extremely helpful for newbies like me that don't know what settings to use to get started. I would definetly recommend this bicycle to anyone looking for a home gym bike.

so I got the bike on time and in excellent shape. I put it together and plugged it in and NOTHING. So I rechecked everything, NOT much to it actually that part was easy, and I called warranty. They are sending a couple of parts and then a tech will follow. Been a month and I still have to use it!

Bike works great just can't figure out yet how to utilize the bluetooth.

It is well made and sturdy. The electronics/exercises are challenging.
