My order came wrapped in tissue paper with the ends unsealed, which left the cardboard box exposed. Seriously? I should have demanded a refund, but I've been too busy! What was used as actual packing material was high quality silver wrapping paper of a higher quality than what the gift is wrapped in. Unless,Best Buy gets people who understand what "gift wrapping," means, don't waste your money!!!

I paid for the gift wrapping service and it was done very poorly. I had to re-wrap the present and was disappointed that I paid for this option.

Do not waste your money on Best Buy gift wrap. It looked like a three year old wrapped my present. By wrapping I mean they sat the box down on a piece of tissue paper and put a sticker on it. The ends of the box were left open so you could see what was inside. This service is HORRIBLE. Do not waste your money on this! I emailed them. Tweeted and Facebooked how horrible this was and heard nothing from Best Buy customer service.

The box is fine but the sleeve just doesn't announce "GIFT" to me. I had to use elegant gold/ silver paper with rich green ribbon. That said gift!

Didn't wrap the watch so my fiancé knew exactly what she got because it wasn't wrapped after I paid for gift wrapping!!!

Terrible service! There is no wrapping at all. It's a grey box with a blue liner. The best part is that if you don't send it to yourself first before the gift recipient, they'll have to "wrap" it themselves. The tissue paper was just thrown in the box haphazardly on top of the item. Also if they send it from a store (which you have no control over) they'll slap a shipping label on the actual item! Do yourself a favor and save your money, this abysmal service doesn't apply for returns. Show your loved one that you actually care and get this service somewhere else or wrap it yourself.

It's a bit spendy for what you get but it's good enough to keep the recipient from knowing what it is. In my case, though, the present had a battery in it and the shipping label had warnings all over it so it wasn't much of a secret after that. It's great for people like myself who hate wrapping stuff.

I was just hoping it would come wrapped, but instead, it comes in a Best Buy branded box that is roughly three times the size (height wise) of the product, so that just took more wrapping paper. There's nothing wrong with the box, but just wrapping it is what I expected.

The box looks good and it hides whatever you buy. I bought a Samsung Tab 2 so the bigger box doesn't give away the gift. Not sure who packaged it though because the box was damaged when I got it t9 wrap it

I mean, it was in the bag but it definitely was not wrapped. I had to take it out and rewrap it. I probably wouldn't choose to pay the extra for wrapping if I was sending the gift to someone else. They would have to wrap their own gift if I did that! ha.

This is a fun way to give gifts which are so rapped as to be impossible to know what is in side particularly the apple watch This adds a little extra when being oppened

Ordered this as a Xmas gift for my grandson,excellent product, well designed, only i didn't appreciate the gift wrapping that i paid for,i could've done a better job

It is a blue box but stuffed with tissue paper and saved me time wrapping a gift. It is a quick and nice easy solution.

The gift wrapping was okay, really not worth the cost. If you're in a pinch, then use it, otherwise purchase a gift bag, or just have them send a gift receipt.

This looked sleek and amazing and was really beautiful. The gift recipient approved of the wrapping and loved how pretty it was.

Didn’t really look like I️ had paid for anything special. I️ ribbon or bow would have been nice. This was just a pretty basic looking box.

The wrapping looks pretty good, but I wish it wasn't Best Buy branded. It's kind of a giveaway depending on what someone asked for.

The box was very large for a simple Apple Watch, but it was very nice and got the job done.
