I paid for an Apple Watch to be wrapped because it was a gift for my wife. Apparently they forgot to wrap it!!! I had to make a quick wrap(clueless) and it looked awful but she liked it. At least when I called bestbuy they have me a refund no questions asked, and the lady on the phone was very embarrassed and apologetic

I paid for my wife''s Christmas present to be wrapped so that she could not snoop before Christmas. Package came unwrapped so she assumed it was one she ordered and opened it.

This was the worse gift wrapping I’ve ever experienced from any service in my life. It didn’t even come fully wrapped, I had to take the paper and tape wrap the gift which even the paper was the lowest grade and then put it in a box which had a Best Buy logo on every side. What kind of gift wrapping is that?

I ordered a new DSLR for my dad's 65th birthday and opted for the gift wrapping since I wouldn't be able to visit and do it myself. Dad got the package and I permitted him to take it out of the brown shipping box early, but the camera WASN'T WRAPPED inside. Way to go, Best Buy. Thanks for ruining the surprise!

I bought an Apple Watch and it arrived in a box about 10 times the size.

Paying the extra money for the "gift wrapping" is not work it. I purchased gifts for both my brothers and they couldn't tell it was a Christmas gift and they both opened it before Christmas. For the price I expected it to be wrapped a little bit better. Disappointed...

I paid for the gift packaging which was a giant grey box that contained a small box with my apple watch, a ton of bubble wrap and wadded up paper. Not my idea of gift packaging. The box was so big that I had to take the apple watch out and wrap it on my on anyway. Wasted money.

I bought an Apple watch for my wife's birthday and purchased gift packaging. It arrived loosely tootsie-roll wrapped in tissue paper with a couple of stickers on the edges. I had to rewrap the present. Not what I expected from Best buy, very disappointing
