The gift packaging looked like a bestbuy box. Nothing special and not really worth the gift wrap charge. If it looked like wrapping paper or was wrapped then it'd be one thing, but this was a simple box, blue mostly. No real designs or anything. Very plain.

I paid an additional $5 for gift wrapping. Would have been nice to know that the gift would not be delivered wrapped. Instead, I was sent a folded piece of wrapping paper. I paid $5 for the paper and didn't receive a bow or tape.

See no gift wrapping at all. I don't know if they call the original product wrapping gift wrapping at BestBuy. Do not spend your money for the wrapping. Take the $5 to any grocery store to get a nice wrapping paper/gift bag.

I purchased the gift wrap option. But when gift arrived. It was very poorly wrapped. The wrapping did not even cover the box entirely. It was not color shown in option either. I Will never pay for this option again.

The gift wrap is simply a simple blue and grey box. There is no ribbon included or anything that makes it look like "gift wrap". I added my own ribbon and explained to my husband that I was sorry for that gift wrap.

The gift wrapping came in another box and they were all completely destroyed. Was very disappointed because i still have to go wrap the gift myself and throw everything best buy sent away.

Honestly, I would have never paid for the gift wrapping, but I did this time for some reason. Annoyed, because the item wasn’t gift wrapped when I received it.

The gift wrap was a tremendous disappointment. First time I purchased gift wrap, and the last. This was a waste of my funds. The recipient was not aware that this drawing tablet was gift wrapped.

wanted a surprised, it was ! , i was surprised you guys threw a dusty cracked blue bag inside the box and the gift wrapping wasn't done, it was just a waste of money, don't buy this Carp!

I bought iPad for gift and send it to og but my daughter said the iPad didn’t wrapped . I feel bad and next time if I buy anything from Best Buy I don’t do the gift packaging again

I purchased a gift wrapping to try & keep this gift unknown. But boxed with no card & no way to tell it was a gift. It was pretty obvious what the present was, to my dismay!

When I purchase a Xbox one game controller, it gave me a gift packaging to go with it. But the package doesn't even fit the controller. The box was completely useless.

I thought that Best Buy would wrap up my gift but they just sent the gift wrap. I could of went to the 99 cent store and get wrapping paper and do it myself for cheaper.

The packaging was really just ugly. It was neither festive or eye appealing and in my opinion it didn’t even look like anyone tried to make it look good either.

I won't waste the money again on the gift packaging, the box and the paper were both heavily damaged and the second time this has happened, won"t happen again.

I was very disappointed with the lack of quality of Bestbuy gift wrapping. I would not recommend this service to anyone nor will I ever purchase this service again.

My package I ordered didn't arrived gift wrapped, very disappointed with this service. Did get a full refund on this add-on when contacting customer service.

the $4.95 gift wrap got me a silver and blue cardboard box...no joke. looked ridiculous. even recipient said it was unattractive...don't pay for it.

I paid extra for the gift wrap...turns out they just put it in a silver box. Waste of money. You’ll be better off wrapping it yourself.

Send a gift to my niece, but the item wasn't received wrapped as purchased. BB was great about refunding the money, at least.
