The price to high for a game that looks the same as if it was in a ps3

My kids enjoyed playing this game and had logged many hours doing so.

It was a great game. Especially when i have people to play with.

This game is very inconsistent. Sometimes it is the easiest game in the world, and other times it is impossible.

Mygm mode forces you to save online but the games servers always crash meaning you cant access your save files. I basically paid 60 bucks to play exhibition mode

The first thing you notice when starting up the game are the real to life graphics.Comparing it to last gen consoles Xbox 360 & PlayStation 3,I would say the graphics here are 20 to 25% better on next gen consoles (PS4/Xbox One) even thought it has problems with glitches.Once again the presentation is spot on,with the crowd chanting,screaming,and filling the arena with energy,but in this version of 2K14 at half time the broadcast team interviews players and coaches on what needs to be improved.Missing is LeBron's path to greatness mode found only on 360 and PS3 versions,Instead they have MyGM mode.The controls are a little more responsive than on last gen consoles.I would say if you have this game already for 360 or PS3 trade up for a better looking,better feeling game.

A must have game. The experience on the next gen system is cutting edge. The in game play is seamless. You really feel like you have total control over your player. From post moves to pivots, free throws and dunks (dunks are my favorite) you're living the dream. My career is great. You get to improve your player, unlock special traits, your decisions have meaning to the storyline. A great game

NBA 2K14 for the PS4 is a great game. It plays differently from the previous gen, especially on the defensive end. Pick and roll is a big part of this game, definitely more challenging when you're using weaker teams. Next to MLB The Show NBA 2K is the best sports sim on the market. If you're an NBA fan and a gamer I highly recommend this!!!

This games looks great on PS4 and has very realistic game play style. I have only had it a couple weeks, but I love it so far.

This was one of the reasons I purchased a PS4 early, but I didn't get around to buying the game until recently. However, the moment I started playing I was blown away by the graphics. I had many friends and family members ask me if this was a live NBA game or a video game. It's truly that impeccable. However, 2k Games have really created an unecessary sour point with fans by essentially halting your progress throughout the entire game with VC points. In a nutshell, everything you do in the game earns you VC, which you can use to unlock different options in modes, improve your created player, etc. Seems good in theory, right? Unforunately, the accumulation is very tedious and even simple things are locked out of the game, which makes you incluned to purchase more VC on top of the $60 game you already bought! I'm not opposed to in-game transactions; it has shown to be a very successful business model in certain games (just look at mobile). However, when I'm already paying a premium cost up front, it is very frustrating. It's a great game overall, but the VC additions really hurt the experience. I do hope the development team makes them less focused on for the upcoming NBA 2k15. They already sell millions of copies of the games every year, for crying out loud!

happy i bought this on PS4 and not PS3. Graphics are amazing and game play is good. Just too many steals or could be I need to get better at the game.

The game is beyond beautiful, as the graphics are simply stunning. The gameplay is noticeably different from its PS3 and 360 counterparts. The new gameplay system is amazing, adds such realism, and makes for the greatest basketball experience outside of stepping on an actual court. Definitely a must have, would make a great gift for your kids.

If you are familiar with the series this is more of the same, which is good. My team is the Bulls, and everything from the stadium to the players is spot on. Looks great on PS4 and is a must buy for any NBA fan or someone sick of playing all first person shooters. NBA Jam TE is still my favorite basketball game.
