This is a great game and looks beautiful running in full 1080p HD. I am not an avid basketball game player so the right joystick movements were a little strange at first but once you play a little it becomes easier to use. The player movements are fluid and without jerks or lags, which makes it fun to play. The load times on this game seem to be longer than that of my other ps4 games.

My kids and I played this game all day Christmas.... I bought the game months ago, I give it to the kids as a Christmas gift. WHAT CAN I SAY THEY LOVED IT!!! WE CAN COSTOMIZE SHOES... I would love if we could buy the shoe we COSTOM!! It's so funny because my 9 yrs old beat my 16 yrs old... We have so much funny as a family playing!!! Love this game. ALSO EVERYTHING LOOK SO REAL!

NBA 2k 14 kn ps4 is a step forward in the series. I love the new rookie feature, it really makes u feel like your a college basketball player ready to go into the NBA. Gameplay is smooth, accurate, and have yet to notice any wierd glitches. NBA 2K is what all next gen games should strive for more features and more quality than their current gen predecessor.

After playing 2K14 on 360, it's incredible how much of a jump in graphics this was. Not only did it look better, it also felt better during gameplay. Outside of the gameplay itself however, the menu system looked out of a ps1/xbox game. It was kind of a shame to have to plug through these terrible looking menus for such a good looking game. upgrading myplayer was a pain to figure out where everything was.

Game was cool i really only played to play the park feature within the game other than that NBA is pretty cheesey.

THE GAME IS GREAT. I JUST WISH THAT THERE WAS OTHER THINGS TO DO THAT AN NBA PLAYER WOULD DO. MAYBE SOME MORE ENDORSEMENT DEALS AND MAYBE COMMERCIALS FOR YOUR PLAYER. THEY SHOULD ADD SOME OTHER REAL LIFE THINGS THAT PLAYERS ACTUALLY DO LIKE INTERVIEWS FOR EXAMPLE. BUT OVERALL THE GAME IS GREAT TO PLAY WITH A FRIEND BUT ON CAREER MODE, I JUST WISH THERE WERE MORE REAL LIFE THINGS TO DO.

Like I am sure others have stated, the graphics of NBA 2k14 on next gen are incredible. The gameplay is also very good. The arenas are more alive then ever and the games feel more realistic than ever. The main downsides with this game are the lacking game modes. There is mycareer which I love and find highly addicting, but it is very cheesy with its cut scenes that are not skippable. It also feels very scripted. They create fictional players like Jackson Ellis to compete against you. I have found other non-existent players while playing in my rookie season that are way too good, rated 80+ overall and are undrafted free agents that signed with their teams. The MyGM mode is also lacking. It is definitely a neat idea but it feels like all the association features are restricted by the games virtual currency and you have to "upgrade" your gm character to be able to edit rotations, fire coaches, etc. For the first iteration of its next gen basketball game, 2k does a good job of avoiding a next gen port, but it lacks in game modes. Still, its gameplay and graphics are fantastic and are definitely worth it.
