This is the best basketball game available PERIOD. The graphics, gameplay and presentation are top notch, the only aspect that really needs work is the online aspect because the servers are mediocre and this affects some of the game modes, this has been an issue with NBA 2K games for years now and i don't understand why they haven't given this the attention it deserves because some people prefer to just play online and this really hinders their opinion on this game (what good are beautiful graphics and awesome gameplay if you can't even have a good online experience). But don't get me wrong, if you don't care about online play then go buy this game NOW, it really is one of the best basketball games ever made (not counting online play) and it's one of the most visually striking games of this new generation of consoles (XBOX ONE and PS4). If you really wanna show off what your new-gen (XBOX ONE and PS4) console can do graphics-wise then go buy this game NOW and invite your friends over so they can see what new-gen is all about!!! 1 star was knocked off of my review because of the poor state of the online servers as of now but the game itself not counting online play is worthy of 5 stars in my opinion and they might release a patch to improve the online play.

Another year, another polished basketball product. The 2k studios continue to push the envelope in the level of detail in the game, from exact player mannerisms and styles to capturing the intensity of a basketball game. I'm currently addicted to the myplayer mode, where you start off as an undrafted free agent and have to work you way into a team. A+

Overall, this edition is as expected. This is 2K's second year on the new generation consoles (XBox One & PS4), and it improves on most of the basics from last years game that early generation titles are constricted with. Pros: • MyCareer/MyPark - These two points are the highlights of the game in my opinion. You create a player and play out a career in the NBA. There is a story, which isn't great, but is a cool attempt to have an agent and real player voices interact with you. MyPark allows you to play with friends online using your player in 2v2, 3v3, or 5v5. These two modes have consumed almost all of my game time. • Gameplay - If you're an NBA fan, you understand how well of a simulation basketball game 2K games are. The ability to tweak the realism gives you a lot of control over what type of game you play. Cons: Game Modes - You can only play a season online with friends and can't do multi-year Associations which is a bummer. Online 2K Account - The future is sometimes rocky, and if you are disconnected from the internet you can't collect any coins for your account. (These coins are used to upgrade your stats or buy clothing/accessories). Overall it's hard to be disappointed with this years edition, unless you are really into Online Franchises but the MyPark features helped me forgot about my Fantasy Franchise days. Overall, it is good game, and looking back I would have made this purchase again.

Technically this game is awesome, excellent graphics great sound the animation of the players looks very realistic, career mode is pretty cool, this game has tons of features and I think it offers a very good value for the money, if you like basketball get this game you won't be disappointed.

This is the first time I bought this game on the new generation system and I am impressed. The game's graphics and fluidity are amazing. There are a ton of features such as franchise, create a player, street mode, etc. Rosters are updated pretty much daily; was surprised how fast they took away Lebron's headband when he stopped wearing them in real games. Games mechanics are great. Multiple ways to score, call plays, and make defensive adjustments. Best Buy purchase and delivery was smooth and quick.

As most of you already know, this game is way better than nba live. Various game modes, it is a bit challenging, but still worth it

The game play is absolutely fantastic. The players move more smoothly than last years (which was also awesome) and the graphics are a little better as well. Almost every player looks true to their real life self and they even have their own facial expressions. My wife actually thought it was a real game when she walked by and seen me playing exhibition mode which is the same view you would see if you were watching a real basketball game on TV. Career mode is awesome as usual and I like how they have you start as an undrafted free agent opposed to be being drafted in the first round like last year. I haven't played online yet as I'm still building my character up but I know it will be as good as ever! Now the only thing I was a little disappointed in was the face scan technology that actually scans your face with the Kinect sensor or PS4 camera onto your avatars body. It took roughly an hour to get a scan that looked even close to what I look like but I guess that is acceptable being new and breaking edge technology and it doesn't change your enjoyment level of actually playing the game. This game is easily a 5/5 stars and I know I will log tons of hours playing 2K15! Phenomenal Game!!!!!

Everyone's biggest complaints last year centered around missing game modes and garbage servers. So far, they fixed one out of the two main problems, there are plenty of ways to play in 2K15. There are alot of questionable design choices here. The menus are still confusing, players are hard to compare statistically in MyTeam. Lots of load time which is unacceptable. There is something odd about the graphics, I traded my 2K14 so I am unable to compare, but 2K15 is not as flashy/polished. The team struggles with realistic hair and this is extremely apparent for cheerleaders and caucasian players. Doris Burke does not look herself at all, too short, way too skinny, no insult intended. Presentation, pre game show is completely flat, half time show is gone, no post game show. There are cheerleaders, player intros and the anthem. Gameplay is smoother, blocking shots and getting steals is unrealistic as the AI will frequently recover the steal or blocked shot as your players ar too slow to react. Folks are struggling with the servers, I have lost progress myself so I fear online will have limited functionality. Last year I was constantly dropped during MyTeam matches which was very frustrating. 2KTV talent, I must say wow. Buy only if you are a diehard fan.

2k15 is steps above its predecessor. The gameplay is smoother and more realistic than ever before (which seems to be a trend every single year). A lot of the annoying bugs about 2k14 are gone, and there are many options for each game mode. One being the 3 MyParks to choose from and pledge your loyalty to. I believe there are weekly online MyPark challenges to face up against the other Parks but I have yet to take part in these. A few cons: the hyped up face scan was disastrous for me, and I wish 2k would consistently have the option to create a team complete with custom names and uniforms. Still I can play this game for multiple hours a day and stay entertained. I've mostly been playing in MyPlayer/Park and MyLeage modes. Keep it up 2K!!!

Such a great franchise and the latest version doesn't disappoint. My wife thought I was watching a real NBA game when I was playing. Graphics are crisp and vivid, game play is full of action although it takes some time to master all the unique moves of the players.

I have been a 2k fan for about 5 years now. They make a far superior game vs any other maker. The graphics are amazing and features are awesome. Love being the owner of the team and getting to make all the decisions for the franchise.

This was a Christmas gift for my son. According to him...it's "Beast", translation. Dad what an awesome game! I believe it has really good graphics and the game play is very smooth. He plays online with his friends and I always hear him yelling like he's playing in a real game.

Easily the best 2K yet when it comes to gameplay, graphics, and modes offered. However, the terrible servers that 2k promises to fix every year are somehow even worse. Many have complained about being completely unable to play modes, as well as having saved games deleted. Also, the Face Scan is hit or miss, and when it finally does work, you run the risk of it getting wiped out anyway. If they can figure out there stuff, it's a 5-star game. I'd wait until Black Friday to see if they can get it together.

Buying this game when 2k16 just came out probable doesn't make much sense, but if you're just picking it up for casual use then it's definitely worth it. Hands down best NBA series out and game modes are excellent.

Great game and I love basketball the graphics are a lot better than the first one. One game I continue to play and the new enhanced my career mode is awesome with some story to it. A should buy for basketball lovers!

This is a fine-tuned game. The controls are precise and the rate of play is enjoyable. If you do not follow basketball or have difficulty with complex control schemes, it may take awhile to adjust.

This is a great game to play with friends, and the variety of different games modes have something to do for everyone who plays this game. The MyGM mode for someone who wants to take control of the ins and outs of a basketball franchise, MyTEAM for the person who wants to put all their favorite players on the same team and play against other people around the world or the computer in some tough challenges, and MyPLAYER for the gamer who wants to take a shot at the spotlight! A great game to play with friends, NBA 2K15 is a fun game for people of all ages.
