    It does stink to spend money on the same game over and over, but my son and I have a great time playing this game. It won't be long before he can beat me. If you like hoops, just buy it. He buys the PS4 version and then later in the year buys the XBox version to play with other friends. Maybe one day you can just buy one version and play against either, like Fortnite!

    I never purchased 2k18 after all the things that I heard on the changes made. In 2k19 they did a lot of things to change that. There are so many opportunities to make VC that it makes purchasing it unnecessary unless you want to skip the grind. They have also thoughtfully done updates so that play is progressively balanced instead of the nerf/buff back and forth from previous iterations.

    NBA2K19 is a fun game that changes around the formula in discrete ways including the drive mechanic. As time has gone on it has also thrown full blown ads for Netflix shows and other advertisements into the game. If I had paid full price for this game I would be a little annoyed as there is no way to disable them.
