We love the neato, it keeps our floors clean and goes easily from wood to tile to carpet.

I use it every day to keep my house clean. I would definitely recommend this product.

This is my first purchase of robotic vacuum. After reading reviews on several popular models, I decided to purchase this model. With a big golden retriever at home, dog hair has always been a problem for me. This vacuum picks up all the dog hairs at home and leave me a great clean home!

Like all Neato products, you'll get a couple of years of good service out of them and then eventually they will fail. Yes the batteries only last a couple of years (depending on how hard you run it) and you'll have to replace the filters regularly, but its always something else that fails and then the robot looses it's mind and it's never the same again. Look elsewhere for your robotic vacuum needs.

Has some issues around chairs, but that's to be expected. First floor of my house is all hardwoods and have had the product for 2 months now and it's done a great job. Have black lab that sheds a lot. Floor haven't looked this good in a long time.

It's like giving a vacuum cleaner to a teenager. It does a good job, but it won't move anything to do a real good job! But for a daily "get rid of dog hair" trip over hardwoods and carpet, it is awesome! It is amazing what it picks up, even under the bed and couch.

We were surprised how much this thing actually does. Don't get me wrong it wont replace your vacuum but it may reduce how often you use it. It is expensive and I consider it more of a gadget than a house cleaner.

Upgraded from the previous neato xv# and wow. This new model is better, smarter, and quieter!

I had a Roomba that I had to take it back after it failed to do multiple rooms without a bunch of lighthouses. this thing tracks the room like a champ and avoid obstacles without hitting every thing.cleaning the filter is a pain but it's worth it in the long run over the roomba

It has been working fine but the small edge brush keeps falling off, so I just completely took it off.

Our Roomba died and we decided to try a new brand. Neato has been great! Very few issues...easy to program, easy to clean bin, and self-docking feature is wonderful!

After researching various robotic vacuum's the Neato was the winner. I expected good things from the vacuum, and it delivered exceeding my expectations. Would recommend the Neato to anyone. I have a puggle and a toy Yorkie and it does well with pet hair. I love it!!!!

This is a great vacuum! I come home everyday to a freshly vacuumed home with NO dog hair rolling around like tumbleweeds!! it is such a time saver!! This was one of the best purchases we have made!! LOVE IT!

Wish it did not get stuck as much as it does. Works well though.

This thing is great, it can clean my entire 900 sq ft condo on a single charge. I am able to run it while I do other things, so I run it about every other day. The days of annoying cat hair and things sticking to my feet are gone!

The neato vacuum it's the best affordable robot vacuum you can have. The brushing its wider and doesn't go crazy bumping around after he learn or map your house.

I have used this product everyday for almost three years. With the exception of one battery issue that was promptly handled by best buy under their extended warranty, the unit has been great. I honestly thought I would be returning the unit after a week or so because I had doubts it could clean my home. Instead, I gave away my hoover upright to goodwill.

I DID AN EXTENSIVE REVIEW BEFORE BUYING A ROBOT VACUUM AND THE NEW NEATOS SEEMED TO BE THE ONES FOR PET OWNERS. THIS WOULD WORK PERFECT IN A HOUSE WITH NO FURNITURE ON IT, JUST A SQUARE. I HAVE A LOT OF FURNITURE IN MY HOUSE AND IT WOULD GET STUCK AND BEEP AND TRY TO UNSTUCK EVERY TIME AND SOMETIMES IT WOULD GET STUCK UNDER MY COUCH FOR NO REASON AT ALL. I HAD TO BE BABY SITTING IT SO THAT WHEN IT GETS STUCK I HAD TO RE PLACE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO KEEP WORKING AND I DIDN'T LIKE THAT. I CHANGED IT FOR THE IROBOT AND IT SEEMS TO DO THE JOB VERY WELL.

I love this robot vacuum. On this new version they added a side brush and a new quieter beater brush. This vacuum maps the room which makes it much faster than my previous Roomba. It also goes back to base, charges and continues where it left off if it runs out of charge. My only issue is this one sometimes can't find its way from under one of my end tables, but hopefully this will be fixed on a future firmware update. I have owned almost every generation of Roomba and the previous generation of Neato, and this is by far my favorite.
