Does a great job. Have 3 dogs and it really helps a lot with keeping the dog hair under control. Doesn't get caught up on anything and really does a thorough jib. Could nit be happier with thus purchase.

Neato is so smart and good at vacuuming that I felt I needed a second for my upstairs. If you want to save a lot of time vacuuming and own dogs or cats, this vacuum is for you. It does an amazing job!

I love that with just a push of a button my whole house is vacuumed! Get's the corners and everything in a systematic fashion unlike the Roomba's.

I absolutely love my Neato! Every time I use it, I am so happy I bought it! We have a Golden Retriever house dog. It does an amazing job picking up his hair! I highly recommend this product!

Great device. Does an excellent job cleaning our house. We have 1 floor with mostly laminate flooring and 2 dogs. Does a great job cleaning while you do something else. Amazing to watch it work.

Neato is a great autonomous vacuum system - really deep cleans carpets.

I really love this little machine- it does a great job cleaning up messy crumb filled floors. It doesn't get every corner perfectly but it's better than the round ones as far as I can tell.

The Neato Botvac was a spontaneous purchase. I thought I'd just return it, if I didn't like it. I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT! My maid can't vacuum up all the cat hair that this thing gets.

This unit is plagued with problems. It constantly shows error messages when it's only 2 weeks old and has barely run. When it did run it worked great. At this point we may be returning it for another one or different brand.

This is good for getting the dog hair up and getting under dressers, couches and beds. I set it up for three times a week to keep up with the dog. I have to empty the bin once during it's run so I only run it when I'm home, (a lot of dog hair). Sometimes it can't find it's base but not a big deal for me. I'm surprised how long it vacuums on a charge.

I love our neato! Our dog is a mix with Shepard so he sheds a lot. By having this vacuum it helps with the dog hair and keeps me from vaccuuimg everyday after work. Now I have time to do other things. Yes. It gets hung up on things sometimes but I'd rather have to adjust it than do it's job everyday. I highly reccomened getting the geek squad warranty I had to return the first one we had and they gave us a brand new one and stated they couldn't work on them. The old one just "lost its mind" one day keep beeping once it left the charger when I had done all the suggested fixed. No problem with the 2nd one so far.

I put off writing a review until I had a couple months to see this is action. We have 4 dogs and it became a hassle finding the time to vacuum everyday. I was set on getting a Roomba until the salesman at Best Buy suggested Neato. I am so glad I took the time to ask! Neato is so much better than Roomba. Neato doesn't hit the baseboards or furniture like I have seen Roombas do and just as you think Neato is going to miss a spot it gets it! Neato's shape also gives it the ability to get those corners Roomba misses. I still watch in awe at how amazing this little machine really is especially keeping up with 4 dogs!

I had been looking for a robot for quite some time. After some research, I liked the fact that the Neato did not require lighthouses to tell the robot where to go or not to go. It's appearance is ice cream sandwich like, but I liked the fact that with the "D" shape, it more easily can clean in the crevices and corners of the room. To make a long story short, this vacuum is awesome! I am amazed how much dirt, dust, crumbs, hair etc., this thing sucks up! I have both large areas of carpet and hard wood. This robot is equally efficient on both surfaces. If you want a great robot vacuum, you cannot go wrong with the D80.

I like that you can set it up manually by inputting schedule times to clean from the buttons on the vac. You don't have to setup the app to start using the vac

Started easy to set up. Cleans large living room, Kitchen and hallway, without any moving physically. I am elderly and it bothers me to use a vacuum.

The first one I bought was bad out of the box. Had a terrible buzzing noise when charging. Of course, I was within the return period so best buy switched it out for me. I'm now three months in, and the LED screen stopped working for no reason. Called neato warranty line, and they made me go through a ton of troubleshooting. They finally decided to replace it. They had me email them a copy of my reciept, and photos to prove it wasn't working. Then they forwarded it on to another department to review. If approved, supposedly I will receive a prepaid label to mail back to them the old one. Once they receive the old one, they will mail out another one to me. This is a lot of work and hassle!!!! Neato needs to make a better product to begin with, and offer a better warranty process. I should have stuck with the name brand romba, I'm sure their products and customer service is better! Sure I saved a few dollars with neato, but totally not worth this hassle!!!!!

Minimum effort to set up and configure. Does excellent job navigating and cleaning the carpets and hardwood floors.

This is my first robot vacuum cleaner. After researching and reading reviews online, I got this at a local Best Buy when they had a promotion. The unit looks nice and modern and functions as expected. The interface is straigtforward and it requires almost no set up. It picked up so much dust even when I ran it only 3 days after the previous run. Never realized my carpet attracted that much! Good that now I have neato to do the job a lot more frequent. At times it got stuck in the tight corner when chair/table or push a bathroom rug all over but overall I still love it! It's like my new little pet.

Nice product. does its job but just a tad bit pricey when compared to Roomba for their battery life and suction capacity. if it was $400 instead of $449 it would be great. it does edge cleaning as advertised better than Roomba 860. both products are almost same nothing to complain about with Neato's only advantage of edge cleaning.

Certainly keeps my floors cleaner than before we got 'em! Highly recommend this little guy for daily or even weekly cleans for the in-between major cleans.
