Great product. Picks up the dog hair with no problems and is very consistent!!! It is nis hunt fancy, but it does the job. I would purchase again for sure.

We had the chance to pick up the Neato floor cleaner at Best Buy. Overall it works great on tile floor but there is a huge problem with the device. The problem lies in the fact that it does not know when to shut up. When it gets stuck it beeps, and beeps, and beeps. Sometimes it just gets scared of the flat wall and tries to move the house. When it can't it cry's beep, beep, beep, until you move it. At times it gets suck on items but when the wall got in the way, it's time to update the software. The Cousin IT reference has to do with the fact sometimes it carries the hair (dogs) out both sides of the frame. It looks like Cousin IT. Overall we like it. When the battery is low it goes back to the base, recharges and picks up where it left off. My advise is to set it 20 minutes before you want to wake up. It's loud and when it gets stuck you'll have and additional alarm clock to wake you up.

It makes keeping the house clean so much easier, I have it programmed to go off every night and every morning the floors are clean. One happy buyer

Love it, keeps my floors clean. Program it to start when you want it to vacuum and let it do what it does.

This is my second Neato Vacuum. My fist one lasted over 5 years and was still working but finally making some weird sounds. The vacuum works well and cleans very well. Sometimes has a problem if it gets stuck during a cleaning and "may get confused" and not properly finish a job. But, as long as you can keep the area clear of cords or low objects that she might get stuck under it works fine. Easy to figure out after a few cleaning passes!

We loved this product so much we went and bought another. My parents also went and bought one as well. We have dogs and this help all the hair

This robot works fantastically! It keeps going until it gets every last spot and works much better than the other floor cleaner i once had.

What is there to think about? You charge it, it runs through house and cleans. You dump the can every once in a while and it cleans the house. You will still need to touch up occasionally but when was the last time you vaccuumed the house more than once a week? Probably very rarely.

The vacuum picks up all animal hair and dirt. Would recommend this vacuum to everyone. Buy extra filters to be changed as needed.

I tried irobot rooma before neato and ended up returning it. Roomba runs like a bumper car is noisy and barely ever made it back to its base- i always found it dead at some part of the house. after returning Roomba i got neato botvac and it has been a blessing since then, it has superior navigation- the botvac returns to its base at the end of cleaning 9 out of 10 times, does not bump into everything in the house. Its not perfect but it will take of the burden of vacuuming manually for sure.

My mom has 4 cats and a 3-story home. Previously, she was having to vacuum every day to keep the hair from piling up. I got her this for Christmas (and she named it Robby) and now it's all she ever talks about. She has it programmed to go throughout the house when she leaves for work and it returns to its station if it runs out of power. It is the only robot vacuum on the market that scans the room (instead of just bumping aimlessly into objects as it goes). It has cut her workload in half!

If I could I would rate this a big fat zero. This is a piece of junk. It worked for a total of 2 weeks. I bought the geek squad protection but after hours on the phone they said they wouldn’t fix it and I had to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer won’t fix it because the box was accidentally thrown away. So now it just sits in a closet and irritates me

The cleaning power of this product is much better than I expected. The only negative is the damage it does to furniture legs as it bounced off them. I don't understand why the bumper panels aren't padded with a soft material.

This vacuum worked well as far as being able to go under most furniture including my sofa and entertainment center. It did a great job on our hardwood floors picking up the pet hair, etc. However, we have quite a few area rugs in our home, and even though it was able to transition from the hardwoods to the rugs without difficulty, it definitely lacked the ability to to get the pet hair off the rugs. We ultimately traded this in for the Samsung PowerBot, which had suction more comparable to our Dyson pet vacuum, so overall did a much better job of picking up pet fur. Overall, I would recommend this product to someone who has mainly hardwood, laminate or tile flooring, but not for someone with carpeted floors or a lot of rugs.

I loved this vacuum so much for the first 4 months that I owned it. It worked fantastically, cleaned all the rooms in my house, hardly ever got stuck, and made it back to the base station. However, after 4-5 months, it stopped making it back to the base station. It stopped cleaning in all the rooms. It started throwing errors a few minutes into its cleaning, asking for its path to be cleared when it was in the middle of a room, with no obstacles. I went back and forth with Neato Support to troubleshoot. They were helpful, but came across as disorganized. They finally approved my exchange, but told me that I would either have to pay $50 for a prepaid label to ship it back, or just ship it myself. Then, when I told them I was going to ship it myself, a different department sent me a prepaid label for free. This miscommunication worked in my favor, so I overlooked it. They told me I would not be getting an email when my replacement was sent out, but I did. Again, it was in my favor, so not a huge deal. I eventually got my replacement Neato, but 10 minutes into its first cleaning, it threw an error saying that its left wheel was stuck. I turned it over and inspected it, and nothing was in the wheel. I turned the wheel with my own hand, pushed it around a bit on the floor, and tried a few other things. But the Neato could no longer move in a straight line, and couldn't run more than 10 seconds without throwing the error. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. My guess is that they sent me a refurbished vacuum that wasn't properly fixed. Even if they didn't, it speaks volumes about their quality control. I think it's a fantastic vacuum when it's fully functional, but I don't have the patience to keep exchanging these vacuums in the hopes of eventually getting one that is functional. I'm working with Support to get a full refund.

Seems to do a really good job. I come home and the place looks vacuumed and he is back in his place.

This is the best BUY! My floors are clean, works great on hardwoods and carpet. I highly recommend the NEATO! Love it!

I felt like this vacuum cleaned very well, the problem was is it took eight hours to clean my entire house. And I would have to dump it every two hours so I had to be home this whole time.
