I have a large great Dane..this work perfectly to help keep the hair to a minimum...highly recommend

Still getting the hang of this little gadget but here are the pros & cons.. PRO - Wide Brush, picks up everything in its path CON - Loud, needs to be cleaned out and gets dirty Great for large hard surfaced areas that gather dust.

Picks up puppy hair and everything, does a decent job in between regular vacuuming

Generally works well. You can schedle the times it runs and will find it;s way around the house and then back to start. Cons, bin is rather small and fills up quickly. It also gets caught up in the rug frindges from time to time.

This was purchased for my elderly mother who is not able to comfortably operate a vacuum herself any more. The Neato robotic vacuum does a great job in between deeper cleanings.

It is fantastic. Works as well as an upright vacuum. The brush works fantastic on hard wood and carpet. The D shape allows it into corners compared to the other brands that are round and misses corners. Great buy especially for anyone with shedding animals. Program it to run everyday. The catch bin is also bigger than most which is also very necessary for shedding animals. One of the best purchases ever.

I had an older Neato Pet Vac and this one works so much better and picks up more pet hair.

This is my second neato - the first was 8 years old. really cleans well.

Better than a roomba. Works very well. Broke down and Neato replaced quickly.

I just love this product. It picks up even little pieces such as a Lego and dog hairs!!!

It works great. It picks up lots of dirt that we can't see. Great with dog hair.

I like it it cleans very well (when it wants to) it gets stuck in chairs and sometimes it seems to get frustrated lol. the magnetic barrier doe not work .

I actually love this product. Takes Neto a little time to get used to his surrounds but he does . Everyday he vaccums and returns to his charger . He is a great time saver highly reccomended

Pics up pet hair and dust very well.would recommend this to a friend.

So far so good. We are still learning. You do have to be careful with small cords. We are impressed with its cleaning capabilities. It is amazing how it gets in and around chairs and table legs.

I have a "German Shedder" who sheds twice a year for six months at a time. I needed/wanted a robot vacuum to help keep the hair tumbleweeds at bay. This thing rocks! I run it MWF close bedroom doors so it only does the living room, dining room, kitchen, entryway and hallway. Then, empty it each time then blow out the filter with a can of air. It works great!

Love it! Suction is better than first botvac xv-21. I feel the sensors are off a little since it sometimes runs over the boundary sensors,but other than that it works great on pet hair.

This product do its task as programmed and cleans the floor well.

Clean very well, systematically. Love it. Highly recommended.

This was our second robot vacuum. I had planned to buy another Roomba brand but I tried the Neato brand based on the advice of the Best Buy sales person. Huge mistake. At first I was impressed with the mapping technology and what seemed like better performance. After only 6 months or so worth of use the vacuum began to malfunction, just turning in circles or just stopping within minutes of the cleaning cycle. After jumping through several hoops, Neato eventually sent us a replacement vacuum. Once again, the vacuum began malfunctioning with 3 months of use. The company gave me such a run around this time, I just gave up....threw the vacuum in the garbage and bought a new Roomba. Our fist Roomba was just the base model.....we’ve had it for over 5 years, still working perfectly and we use it for our upstairs. The new Roomba we purchased is the 960 model, and its 10x the quality of the Neato brand. Don’t waste your time with this knock-off, get the original robot vacuum - Roomba!
