100% satisfied with this purchase. Product works great, cutting down time spent sweeping a house with 2 dogs and 2 cats! I run mine 7 days a week and have held a broom in my hand twice since purchasing it 2 months ago. I regret not purchasing this sooner.

Automation for home activities as vacuum are boring, so not better than use a robot to do it for you. Neato is one of the best ones in the market. This model does not connect to the internet, but still worth if you find for a good price

My house is clean No shoes in my house. Neato continues to amaze. He picks up hopper after hopper of stuff. I have no idea where it comes from. I love my robot vac

I had the neato x21, I loved it. Had to get a new one, something happened to it. That brand was not on sale anymore. I bought a Rumba, did not like it, so returned it and got my botvac. I just love him.

These things take forever to finish and run out of batteries. Sometimes they go back and charge on their own, sometimes not. I took mine back and bought a $20 dust mop. I can do my whole house in 5-7 minutes whereas this thing makes noise for an hour and doesn't finish. Save your money. Trust me.

This thing is a great way to keep your house looking good between major cleaning. Only problem is you have to pick up some items or it will try to eat them. ie cords, low hanging plants some area rugs . I would recommend it though.

I was skeptic at first but I'm so glad we made the purchase. This vacuum is amazing! Easy setup...no hassle while its doing its job. It is able to get under things that other vacuum cleaners can't reach. This is perfect for a family of kids!

The Neato Botvac D80 is a great, efficient robot for cleaning the entire house. It has good mapping and will return to base for charging then go again. It has a spinning side brush to clean along baseboards.

I Love this robotic vacuum! It is fascinating to watch as it maps the room and then goes to work covering every inch! It picks up everything. I love to hear it working away while I'm relaxing in another room. Great buy!!

I feel a little bit like I have another pet in the house that I need to look after. If I don't have everything put away it tends to get "stuck" on loose fabrics and items. It definitely needs a clear cleaning path But otherwise operates as it says it should and certainly picks up a lot!

Wish this model had an app but it does the job well!

Battery only lasted for one small room. Very disappointed.

Great product, long battery life to clean 2800 sqft. Has difficulty finding the home charging station. Dirt bin is large so it’s able to pick up so much more dirt than the roomba.

the suction on this is better than most "non-robotic" traditional vacuums! I've been using it on a large home at least once daily and it does the job and much more. never had to repeat after it.

Very satisfied with the purchase. It moves around furniture good and the couple times it got temporarily stuck it maneuvered it's way out. I wish it had a notification for when the bin is full.

I wanted to like this machine, but it has four major engineering flaws that make me regret this purchase. One, it gets stuck under my coffee table. It is supposed to sense heights and know what it can/can’t go under but that system is not accurate enough. Two, the duct leading from the beater bar to the collection tank gets clogged too easily. Simple carpet fiber will clog it. Three, the menu system. The touch panel for the menu system is difficult to read and poorly marked. Setting up daily cleaning schedules is clumsy. Menu operation is slow. Four, the machine relies on thick magnetic strips to mark “no go” boundaries. They are ugly and about as high tech as putting up a baby gate to block off the area.
