This is my favorite appliance.

Great vac on hardwoods and carpet

Posted .Your Neato robot can clean all floor types including carpet, tile, laminate and hardwood floors. Neato will have difficulty with thick shag rugs or carpet – we recommend that carpet and rug fibers be 15mm / 0.6 in or less. Neato may also have trouble with carpet made of synthetic fiber, even if it is 15mm/ 0.6 in or less. Not working for me

I left it back on the charger and the next day it did the same, only work for 10 minutes. It's would turn on but would not move at all. I went to exchange it for another one at the store but it was out of stock so I return it and got my money back.

Great robot vacuum
