It's a good robotic vacuum overall but it keeps getting stuck under the sofa or over the legs of our infant swing. It is also louder than I would like.

We have dogs that shed, a lot, and our 'Rosie" does a great job keeping our wood floors clean ! My wife is very particular about having clean floors and Rosie has freed her up from continually sweeping up after our dogs. Lil' Mama loves her Neato Robotics - XV. Happy Wife; Happy Life !

Wasn't happy with this purchase. It wouldn't return to the base, and it would constantly get stuck around furniture.

Really cleans various surfaces and has wheels that extend from the bottom to go from hard to carpeted floors. The user interface is really simple almost too simple. Just charge it up and let it go. If it is in the middle of cleaning and the battery gets low it will stop and return to its base to charge up. NOTE: If it is blocked from returning (nosy dog gets in the way for example) it may get lost and then it will try to maneuver around d the blockage and if it still gets blocked it stops and powers down. There is a software update from neato for the unit that we have not applied yet via its USB port.

Works well. Better than irobots. Systematic cleaning. Easier to clean than irobot.

Not as I would have thought,but it does its job. Not as good on edges or another unit to compare it too.

I love the time that the robot saves in cleaning the house. I can set it to go and leave. I also have bare floors so this allows me to vacuum more than once a week. You can set a schedule, but I haven't done that yet because you have to make sure everything is off the floors and out of the way. The only thing I don't like is the fact that along the base boards and corners it lacks.

Good product that does what it claims. Does require guidance and one must read instructions for optimum usage

I bought a Neato Robotic Signature vacuum. The 2nd time we used it, it stopped working and said to clean the brush. I tried online help twice but once it said it was unavailable and another time no one ever responded to me. I sent emails with no response. Finally I called and went through procedure I had already tried from the Neato blog. Still would not work and they sent me a bearing. Replaced the bearing and in a couple of days, it was same thing. Used 2nd bearing and again in a couple of days it was not working again and had same message. It is under warranty but I don't want to do this constantly and wait 7 to 10 days before new bearings are seen. I just want to return it and have my money refunded. It is difficult to find someone to tell me how to do that and it was bought online so apparently a store won't take it back. Big waste of my time with this and my money too.

This machine does better than I Robot in 2 ways: 1) due to the shape, it does a better job on corners (I Robot is round so it cannot do corners as well). Second, this machine seems to get less confused and stuck in places due to navigation issues. I like this product and use it often.

This is the aecond one of theae we have bought. The ffirst on battery died in a year . Bought a new battery that lasted 8 months so thought I would they the next generation . Does a good job

Programmed to run 3 times per week. Everyday was like a game of hide and seek as the Neato gets stuck all the time. Under the fridge, couch, bed, closet, etc.

I have a large dog and was concerned about the neato's ability to pick up dog hair as well as its ability to maneuver around and find its way back to its base. The neato outperformed both of my expectations. Would recommend the product and purchase again.

Works good, but needs battery to be charged frequently.

I have had the Neoto Robotics XV Signature for about 6 weeks. My house's floors have never looked so good. It is set up for 2x per week while I am at work and when I get home it is so pleasant to open the door and see that "someone" has cleaned all the floors!

I purchased my Neato two months ago and it gets caught and has issues getting back to its base when there are nothing around it. The other day, it was literally stationed middle of my kitchen and it said it needed to go to it base to be charged and there were nothing around it. I am going to contact either best buy or the company to exercise my warranty. also the magnetic strip that came with it, it doesn't stay within the boundary we set.

First time I put it to work, it was going erratic in the room and was going to recharge at its base every fifteen minutes.

Better than expected. Picks up pet hair well. I should have purchased this years ago. I was afraid it would be throwing $400 away, but I was wrong. I purchased the Neato 4 weeks ago and have not had to take out my regular vacuum once!

This is a great product. It cleans the floors while we are at work and recharges itself. The only thing you have to do is empty the trash bin. Well worth the price tag.
