It actually cleans incredibly well when it isn't stuck under the couch under the chair behind a door or out of power confused and still searching for docking station and ultimately running out of battery before it reaches it. I had a rumba I bought in 2008 but I returned for the same reason after 3 days. I have this one a try as I saw it had laser guidance and sensors everywhere. Technology has come a long way but it still hasn't come long enough to be anything better than disappointing. Perhaps I will try again in another 7 years

Works great! My only complaint is it is very loud.

You must buy one of these for your wife. It will free up time for her or you if you vacuum but this thing is "the best thing ever" according to my wife who is a clean freak. It goes around every leg of the table and chairs, hardwood to carpet to tile. All three rooms and my teenage boys came home and texted me a picture of how nice the carpet looks and the uniformity of the pattern it left. Can't say enough about it and it still amazes to watch it do the work. We have a shedding dog and it is full of hair every time we vacuum. We set it for 3 x per week...Awesome product! Works right out of the box.

I've gone through 3 of these and they last an average of 8-14 months. They start with the batteries not holding a charge at about 6 months. Then, with new batteries at your cost, they stop working due to the electronic eye/ They will say they are unable to see, or something is blocking their vision. Don't waste your money on this Brand.

It's really cool. My first robot Cleaner. Very easy to set up and use. It keeps the main floor clean every day we get home. I'm sure the cats have a blast with it while we are away and it's gets cat hair and dander up pretty well.

COMPLETE JUNK!! Do NOT waste your money. I bought one from Sam's Club in February of 2014, used it about 3 times and it won't even power on. It's been on the charger everyday. I called about the warranty, which states it's for one year and they told me I have to purchase a new battery. The Rep stated that if you don't use it twice a week they will die and YOU have to purchase new ones, even while under warranty! Obviously they don't honor their warranty! Search for reviews, you will see this is a common problem!

Bought it today and couldn't even use it. I set up the docking station and received a number of times a message saying that it had to restart the charging process. Eventually I got the error message: Battery Issue 002. I am not even going to try the Neato Robotics online battery reset procedure. At the very least the battery should be in perfect condition on the first day. Soooo disappointing.

Thought these were stupid nope this thing rocks! Cleaned the whole house (double wide no rugs) on a single charge I would recommend this product to everyone single guys to family wives

Very loud on hardwoods and doesn't pick up my dogs white hair. My Swiffer works better than this thing. Waste of money, period!

The cost is not worth it, never makes it back to base and constantly have to clean the filter out!
