As close as it gets to the 2005 NFS Most Wanted

Great job by Ghost Games on bringing together the best gameplay elements from NFS Most Wanted and Underground 2. Cop chases are challenging and fun because of the added aggression and changes in the takedown mechanics. Visually, NFS Heat is pretty amazing, especially the Night mode lighting. A few hours into the game, the only complain I have is the lack of Sprint races during day mode. Overall, it's a great game that'll get you hooked immediately.

Need for Speed Heat is an improvement on everything that came earlier this console generation. The story is fun and engaging and it often leaves the player thinking. The customization is just as fun as before and there are even more options to suit your needs. The new performance system feels modern and different, without being jarring. The maps are beautiful and are really fun to navigate around, as no parts of the map feel painful simply to imagine crossing. The cars handle very nicely. If you loved Payback or 2015, you'll definitely enjoy this ride.

I love this need for speed! It is the best one yet! The fact that Best Buy put it on sale with it being such a new game, made this purchase even more worth it. I believe Best Buy should continue to put new games on sale while they’re still new.

Good game story mode complete way before you get what you feel would be all the way through it don't like the split day and night modes 2 accomplished different things wish it was more of a complete a to b finish but Graphics are amazing gameplay works well. Also wish they had brought back the abandoned cars I'm just disappointed that some of the stuff was almost unbeatable for the levels that it becomes available and then found out they don't even need to be done to complete the game.

Better than some of the previous installments. Has little story mode or challenges that take you through career progression. Controls are slightly different than old ones, but doesn’t hinder racing experience. Good one

One of NFS's standout features is car customization. Players can modify nearly every aspect of their car, from visual upgrades like body kits and paint jobs to performance parts like turbochargers, tires, and suspension systems. This level of customization is satisfying for car enthusiasts.

At first i find it simple. But once i get to play it more, the more I understand the variety of customization one can accomplish to your own liking. Driving is easy with the controls of the game. Only somewhat hard thing to do is to evade the cops when they are aeast 3 or more and right by your tail. Overall though, a good game if you like racing and the thrill of not getting caught by cops during night racing

Having been a NFS fan since the very first one back in the 90s, I have to say I KNOW my Need For Speed games. There's been a lot of hits, and a lot of misses, which mainly depends on the studio putting out the specific game. IMHO, the last GREAT NFS was NFS: Hot Pursuit. I LOVED that game and tacked on thousands of hours playing it on PS3 (and STILL do on occasion!) The next few after it, The Run, Rivals, Payback, were ok at best, but never grabbed me like Hot Pursuit did.
Until now. NFS: Heat FINALLY brings back that thrill of racing through the city with a pack of cops hot on your tail. Heat opens up a nice, big world with endless, challenging roads to explore and tear through. There's lots of shortcuts, speed traps, jumps, and it even brings in rally tracks for a nice change from the pavement.
My biggest complaint with the game is that it doesn't let you play as a cop, which in Hot Pursuit could be just as much fun as running from them.
So if you like to drive fast, run and evade the cops, and basically just put your foot to the accelerator, give NFS: Heat a try. I think you'll like it.

Love this game! So much to do and so many ways to customize a car. Also it’s not crazy complicated or hard to get money and good cars. Only sucks that they already did their last update to the game. Overall I love it

Overall i really enjoyed the game, the car list is pretty expansive, and it feels like the older games. There is some grinding to get cars/parts as you level up, but that is natural. The cops can be tough at times but that is part of knowing your limits and when to push it.

Wow, NFS series has always been a mixed bag. Sometimes they hit it out of the park then other times it's like ugh.. why did I bother. This one... well this on NFS HEAT hit's it out of the park and into the stratosphere. The game doesn't forget where it came from calling back to the days of old ( Need For Speed Underground ) the title that puth NFS on the map back in 2003. It took from all the rights from every game since and packed it into one really fun package. The only complaint I have , the need to actually GRIND hours into this game and actually WIN races to earn point or game money to unlock cars. This wouldn't be so bad except to climb the ladder of greatness you will need to spend money on better cars that you don't really want to unlock the cars that you do want. Like I said.. kind of a GRIND. But hey... it's FUN and that's all that matters.

Best racing game ever you will always want to play . So many ways to customize your rides and very realistic. Even the weight of the vehicle will affect how it behaves just like a real custom car. Can't say enough its definitely a must buy!
