good for burning DVD's and very simple and efficient to use.

I purchased Nero about three weeks ago. Although I can’t prove this I asked a Best Buy employee if it would work for Windows 10 and he said he thought it would. I installed Nero on my laptop but it wouldn’t run because it said that MSVCR100.dll was not found. I brought the software back to Best Buy but was told that I’d have to go to Nero. I went to their web site and after much trouble trying to give them feedback a solution was offered to reload some old version of C++with MSVCR100.dll. This didn’t solve the problem. I then realized that Best Buy apparently doesn’t support the items they sell. Maybe it’s time, even though I’ve bought a few things at Best Buy, to look elsewhere in the future for my electronic needs. Maybe it’s time to say goodbye to Best Buy.

Did exactly what I needed. Burns bootable ISO files, backup files as well as file structures.

This was a quality product worth keeping and it made a perfect gift.

This product works great for making downloads of CDs. It has not failed on any CD used. No complaints.

I bought this CD-ROM because I needed a burner software for my laptop which didn't come with a burner. So I bought an external burner and it did not have software to make DVDs. And I bought this and it works but only if I make the VOB file with their Nero software. I do not need it because I can make my VOB files already. But when you drop the files into the Nero burner it gives an error everytime. Waste of money. I tried to return they said call Nero.

The back of the box is misleading. I bought this since it said will make dvd's. It only does audio and the program is confusing.

Too complicated to use and poor instructions. Had to call tech support but even then it was a oain in the neck yo use.

It's great for making copies...just not making DVD's of your own movies.

Wont work with MP4 files. I returned it and had to upgrade to a more expensive version

The program itself looks low rent. It makes me not want to use it.

I don't like it, I wish I could get all my money back, can't return it.it seems when I want to make an mp3 cd your program only picks certain songs from the hard drive. it doesn't dig hard enough to show ALL my songs I have downloaded

The product description wasn't clear about compatibility with Windows 10. It required a Google search after purchase, but before opening, to determine that it was not likely to be compatible.

I gave only one star because.... what the heck is a reboot validator and why doesn’t it come on the cd??? Also, Nero support is really hard to get a hold of.
