Good dehydrator with Poor Item description

So far we have made delicious sweet potato chips, kale chips and banana chips with it. It is pretty loud however. Warning to potential customers: In this item description (under both Best Buys description "What's included" and "Product Features") it says the fruit roll sheets are included. This is false information. The Jerk spice and cure was there, but not the fruit roll sheets, which is one of the reasons I made this purchase. I contacted the store & website; neither were helpful to resolve this issue. I asked for this inconsistency to be investigated and the description to be updated so this did not happen to other customers but I've received no follow-up call or email after 2 weeks. This isn't the first time this has happened to me from an online purchase with BestBuy - I got a 4GB computer when a 6GB was described online, this inconsistency was resolved, but their Online Store really needs to get it together and match their items and descriptions with more accuracy!

We appreciate your concern and wanted to let you know that there was a mistake in the what’s included section specifications. The specifications listed that fruit roll sheets were included, when in fact they are not. We have since corrected the error with the specifications and sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. We hold ourselves to higher standards than this and want to make sure we meet the expectations created by our product specifications in the future.

Slightly noisy but effective
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The fan is a little noisy but it is pretty fast and easy to clean. I do have to take my top rack out and turn off heated dry to be able to put the racks in the dishwasher.
