This thing is spectacular. The espresso is great. The frother is quick and easy. I had a tassimo but it seems as if the coffee options are dwindling. I would probably get a Jura or something like that if I had the money to spend on it, but this is a great machine. Easy to clean. Producing great product. What else do you want? I would consider getting the new Nespresso machine that can produce coffee, but they seem bland and the reviews say the product isn't that hot. This was a great choice and worth the investment

I bought this for my office of 9 and we go through about 4-6 capsules daily without issue. It's easy to use and the coffee tastes great - I have one daily during the week. Be sure when you order the capsules from Nespresso that you order the recycle bag - it's free and you can simply ship the empties back to them to recycle.

Overall, my husband and I love our new espresso machine. We tend to make lattes more often than espresso and by picking the right milk to achieve maximum frothiness (surprisingly Parmalat works really well), this machine delivers exceptional results every time. The settings take a while to get right - the temperature, how much to put in your cup etc; but once you figure that out, this machine is worth the investment.

To save money and make some great tasting espresso beverages at home, I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a machine. There are various types/models to choose from, although I decided I didn't have time to play, energy or desire to make the perfect espresso using the non-automated machine. Out of all the fully automated models in the market, this one is by far had the best reviews. Before purchasing, these were the problems I was expecting 1. difficult maintenance 2. luke warm expresso My experience 1. Cleaning the machine is easy, just make sure to use deionized water and clean the water and milk containers on a weekly basis, especially the tubing in the milk container. 2. The drink temperature is perfect for my taste, although if you like your scorching hot so that it has time to cool off, then you may not be too happy with this machine Cheers

Wanted an espresso machine for a long time. Received this as part of a raffle and couldn't be happier.

I like my latte hot and this built in frother does a great job! No more microwaving after adding milk. Very convenient to use and easy to clean with cleaning function after making your coffee. The milk reservoir goes back into the fridge... Nice!

I love the ease of use of this machine plus the new features that it offers!

Keurig Rivo does exactly the same thing for 1/3rd of the price. The only difference is that it does not integrate the milk brother with the coffee maker. I prefer to do that myself anyways. The Nespresso is nice to look at but functionally equivalent to the Keurig. I go with the Keurig. If aesthetics are important to you, go with the Nespresso. It does make a fine latte and there are more flavors to choose from. I just buy different syrups to change the flavor.

This is my first Nespresso and I have to the best purchase ever. I bought it so my husband would stop going to coffee shop everyday to save money and it has worked. So with the right stuff you can have your own store bought expresso at home

Soo farr,..i would say it's doing a great job, but it's wayyyy too expensive,probably $200-250 will be enough. and you can NOT find the Nes coffe at the Store near, Only to order from them, free shipping of course. What i don't like: there only two drawn cup size buttons, wich that's Small & very Small, like 4 or 6 ounces.

Easy to use. Nespresso coffee is excellent, great flavor, good crema, that's something you will never get from a Keurig. Makes great lattès.
