I bought this for my girlfriend. She likes it, but it's a bit difficult to use and more difficult to find pods for it. They don't sell pods at the grocery store - they only sell the Kruger ones at stores. You have to order the pods, which is a pain.

I ordered this machine for my wife’s birthday. She has wanted this machine for a long time and was as excited to get it as I was to be able to get it for her. She opened the shipping box and the Nespresso box looked like it had been through the ringer. It was taped up and obviously an open box/returned item. We followed the instructions and when we pushed the button, the machine started vibrating loudly and then no water came out. The lights blinked and then it went back to the original setting. We tried several times. Nothing. I called Best Buy and they offered to send me another one. No thanks. I don’t do business with a company that sells used items as new.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My machine spent more time in transit then in use. The customer service was deplorable. The machine is all plastic parts and created to fail. They put no time into trying to repair it. In the last time they tried to fix it they stated it was unrepairable and that they would give me a small discount on a new machine. They actually sent it back without empting the water. I am thinking to make sure it was good and broken? When you are buying this please think about how poorly made this thing is and how it is very likely to be junk when your warranty is up if it needs repairs. If you factor this in to the cost of the pods it is not worth the purchase.
