I have had a nespresso machine for years, and to make a latte or cappuccino had to be done in steps . This new machine is very convenient and does all beverages in one touch and so easy to use i love it any nespresso products...

I thought this one would be even better than my one touch latissima but it’s not. Cappuccino’s came out watery and not so hot. Guessing it was a defective one I got. Lucky me.

After reading all the negative reviews of the Gran Lattissima I chose to buy this unit. It works like a charm! Highly recommend.

The coffee machine makes coffe in just 25 seconds. The only issue is the coffe drips for a while after using the Nespresso capsules.

Very easy setup. Once initial setup is done (which will take about 1 hour, to clean all the pieces and put back together and run the rinse through machine), you will be able to enjoy amazingly rich coffee.

Nespresso makes great quality products this machine is a great upgrade if you already use nespresso machines

I tried to a few days and honestly I do not get the hype of the Nespressos. I returned and bought a espresso machine.

Good for the price. The amount of coffee that comes out for the price of pods was meant for midgets.

This coffee maker brews a latte at 107 degrees. The mfg knows about this flaw and suggests you warm your mug and the milk or microwave it when done. That takes the entire convenience out if it. Lucky for us bestbuy has such a great return policy and we will continue to shop there because of it.

I opened the box and saw two scratches along the inside and at the top corners of the water container. When I looked inside, I saw two broken pieces of plastic from the water container at the bottom of the container and the broken off areas had sharp edges. I am quite disappointed. I had seen another review with a similar account as mine, but I imagined that it was an isolated incident. Apparently, I was wrong and DeLonghi and Nespresso have extremely poor quality control of their products they sell. I am taking this back to Best Buy today, and I will update this review with my experience with Best Buy added. Let's hope their customer service provides me a better experience than the disgust I am having with this product right now.

Best purchase ever! Machine works wonders - am officially addicted to making a home made latte macchiato every morning...sometimes a 2nd cup as a pick me up mid-day. Easy to setup, easy to use! Highly recommend!

This makes great espresso and lattes. I was a bit hesitant at first about spending this much on an espresso maker but all those doubts went away after making my first cup. Especially since I drink 2-3 of them a day. Much cheaper and more convenient than Starbucks. Build quality is great, and the two year warranty is very nice as well. Friends and family love the espressos and lattes this machine makes and the assortment of pods is great. This machine is a tad expensive but definitely worth it.

Great design and great tasting coffees. Only draw back is limited capsules.
