I have been wanting this coffee maker for a long time. After purchase I came home and set up the machine immediately. The instructions were easy but getting used to the different color pods is a little much for me. I ended up ordering a variety pack from Nespresso to try to determine which kind of espresso I like. The coffee drinks are much better than Starbucks. The milk frother is phenomenal and easy to clean. I will never go to a coffee shop again. 100% better than my Keurig. This is a must buy for all coffee lovers.

Set up was very easy. Directions are easy to understand. I like how the milk can be stored in the refrigerator instead of having to dump it each time.

Love this machine. We use it daily and it has been consistent on every cup. Makes excellent lattes.

I love this thing. Frothing has a learning curve and clean clean clean but it makes amazing drinks for cheaper than starbucks

This unit is Amazing! So smooth and robust! I love how the coffee and milk are made to how they SHOULD be made. Amen for Nespresso. Only 1 minor star i deducted was the coffee is not cheap to buy and it's shipped BUT they have strict quality control standards and that's why you don't see them just sitting on shelves everywhere collecting mold.... A++ oh and i about forgot, they're capsules are NOT made of plastic and there is multiple recycling stores locally you can drop used Nespresso capsules at!

Took a while to figure out all the bells and whistles that this machine can do but finally worked through them. Makes great espresso, the milk froth attachment is great as it is part of the machine not an add on. Would definitely recommend.

I was skeptical on this machine but pleasantly surprised. My daily Starbucks habit has been drastically reduced. Still working on the prefect combination with amount of coffee for my latte's. Easy to use and the Nepresso pods work great. Only complaint might be wish milk would get a little hotter since I like my Starbucks extra hot.

Love the Espreso Machine. Makes better coffee than those name brand coffee stores. You can even customize flavors. The only thing is you can only purchase the pods from nespresso. Wish they have more online stores to buy from. Overall I am very happy with this machine

This machine makes an excellent espresso\capuccino. While Keurig is considered "drip" and not espresso, the final product works much better than the other brands. More expensive machine and pods, plus more maintenance, but a higher quality cup of coffee.

I purchased this Nespresso Espresso machine mainly for my wife. The machine is not used much anymore. The milk frothing works very good but when I want a cup of coffee I would like more than six to eight ounces. Again this has more to do with the taste but there was only one espresso pod that I liked. Most of the pods I found very bitter or did not like their blend of coffee. There was never any issues with the machine and again the milk frother worked great. The operation of the machine is simple and very straight forward. The other issues is large cup sizes do not work easily.

Good product, seems robust and suitable for domestic use. It came with expired capsules (expired 1 year back).

Got a great price on this Nespresso. Gave it to my wife for her birthday and she loves it. Haven’t used it much but have heard great things from friends who have one.

I purchased this machine as a portable latte maker for vacations. This is well reviewed and would probably have been fine as an addition to the kitchen for daily use. Tried everything for a week to get to a latte that worked for me with little success. Decided to return it and search fr something that both made good lattes and was simple to use (because even if I got it to make a great latte, by the time I use it again on my next trip, I'd have to learn how to use it all over again. Not a fault of the machine - just not right for my planned use. Said yes to recommend it so long as it's planned for frequent use.

The first one was dead on arrival. Best Buy exchanged by mail. Great service. The second one worked. It makes Great Coffee.

Best investment I've made by far. The flavors are rich and taste amazing. Im a big coffee addict, after this purchase I say Starbucks who???

This coffee maker makes perfect cup every time. With or without the milk frothing attachment. Very nice appliance.
