Had 2 machines die on me. The first one stopped reading the barcode and the second sounded like a plane. Nespresso offers only 6 months of warranty.

The coffee is smooth, and not bitter (as it can be with other machines). The only thing I wish is that the coffee got as hot as the Keurig, but it isn't something that would keep me from buying this in the future.
