Excellent coffee at home, machine is a beast, can make coffee after coffee without any recovery time, love the selection of coffee capsules.

I would definitely give this product a five star rating except for one little detail. Upon completion of my coffee, the machine sounds like there's much more coffee about to pour out. Not sure why this is but luckily I just hear it twice a day given my two cup max intake. Other than that, the coffee is delicious and saves me a good $6 per cup at that world famous green coffee place.

Easy set up. The scanner is simple and easy to use and it’s fast. I highly recommend it.

Good Machine, attractive, takes some getting used to if you have a keurig, but for the most part it's pretty easy to use. I like the coffee from this better. Came with a milk frother, will probably be a barista shortly.

Makes great coffee! Frother great. It's not hot but I don't mind. It does make the coffee fast, less then a minute. The only complaint is ordering the coffee pods instead of them being accessible at your local store.

Our old espresso machine needed an upgrade and as I was searching a Christmas gift for my husband I came across to this machine. It warms up pretty fast and your coffee/espresso is ready in seconds. It was very easy to assemble and even easier to clean. I got the bundle of coffee/espresso machine + milk frother and frother is quite fast indeed.My husband and I both love how easy it is to prepare a great cappuccino in the mornings without all the mess. I would recommend this product to everyone.

this product is simple to use but the pods are expensive and need to order different ones for different sizes of cup theres pods just for espresso shots and so on

I have had an original Nespresso for about a year. Enjoyed it and didn't think I would ever change or need another coffee maker. Then I saw this at Best Buy and was lucky enough to receive it as a belated Christmas gift. The coffee that this machine makes is SO superior to any other. Nespresso recycles the pods which is wonderful and their online ordering makes it convenient if you are not near a boutique. SO glad I decided to change.
