The google nest hub is superior to amazons offerings in my opinion, my favorite feature is the sleep sounds, you can have this device play sleep sounds and then use the built in screen to group play the sounds to other google enabled speakers creatin a surround sound! The other benefits include on screen controls for google tv, wifi enabled lights, and wifi plugs! The google home routines are intuitive with some features missing that I would still like to see. All in all if you’re torn between Alexa and google my vote is for google!

It’s easy and fun to use. Just ask google and shall be done. I use it for music, news and weather.

So far so good. I like these nest devices. Having a screen works well in the kitchen and provides video news updates. Nice interface. Very useful.

Love this hub. Can talk to son with his in his room also. Watch tv and play songs.

Got this just for viewing the door camera, but it does much more. Only missing a imbeded camera.

It is responsive, easy to setup and lets us see the NEST cameras with a short phrase. Works to allow for easy home automation and works with our other hubs, phones and even TVs.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you want to do with this but I wanted to use the Google Home Hub to replace my alarm clock. I loved the ability to display photos from my Google Photos account but that was probably the best thing it did, here are the issues that I had with it. 1. Never really stayed connected with my account, the weather sometimes didn't display during the photo slideshow, it wouldn't give me my commute info, and it always said that the voice recognition needed to be set up even though i did it multiple times. 2. Alarms would disappear. This was the main deal breaker. The alarms would stop displaying on the device but they still showed up in the Google Home app. 3. I had to either reboot or factory reset the unit multiple times for it to reconnect to everything. If I have to do that every day there is no point in keeping the unit. I really wanted this to work but I'm going to have to return it. Maybe it'll get better and I can revisit it later.

Bought it for the aesthetics, but it works well paired with the nest thermostat and nest doorbell too.

Nice I start with Google mini, add the hub and is beautiful, use with tasty and you can cook. Easy set up.

If I knew more about what it is capable of, I would get more out of it. It is a clean sharp unit, I wish it had a lens for Face to face.

I've had Alexa's since they've come out and I like this better. Having access to google makes the difference.
