I more or less have a Google ecosystem in the home and thought this would be a great addition. So, I moved my Home mini to the kitchen (bought a wall mount for it), and setup the Home Hub in the bedroom. Deducted 1 star solely because my other Home units are capable of utilizing the continued conversation feature. Perhaps there will be an update to add this to the Home Hub in the feature? Still worth getting one because the screen allows features you wouldn't necessary get with the audio-only counterparts.

The Hub helps me with all kinds of things. Adding items to my shopping lists. Turning on or off the lights. Changing the temperature in the house. Look up recipes. All while doing dishes or cooking in my Kitchen. It also keeps the grands entertained while waiting on Nana to finish up their lunch or snacks by watching videos from YouTube.

I have a couple Google Home audio only units, and the visual aspect adds a lot of useful functionality to the experience. Controls colors of hue lights, pictures of items of inquiry, your personal photos, can even play your movies library. Screen is sharp and vibrant with good viewing angles. Size of unit is very attractive. For the price I paid, I really like it.

The best looking Smart Display,Decent sound and Excellent price

The screen looks amazing, especially in screen saver mode with Google photos. Sound quality is fine but if you really want to listen to music just pair it to a Bluetooth speaker (it still does everything else through its own speaker so doesn't hurt the function at all). You could get a good speaker and this for less than some that have a fancy speaker built in

I love having my Nest Hub display around different parts of the house, especially in the kitchen and in my bedroom. It makes accessing all of my Google enabled smart home devices a breeze, for instance I can bring up my smart light switches and control them all from one screen, or if I have my hands full, I can simply ask Google to do it. In the kitchen, we use it a lot to bring up recipes for dishes if we ever need it, it plays videos too so you can watch your recipes instead of reading them! Super convenient. The one we use in our bedroom doubles as our alarm clock. At night when the lights are out, the screen automatically darkens and changes to a clock until you interact with the screen. In the morning, we use it to find out about our work commute and the weather, sometimes we even listen to the news on it to get our morning going! For the price of one of these, it honestly makes life so convenient I wouldn't know what to do without it!

I got these for my parents and they love them. I thought that they would be able to video chat but that is only one way on these (as in I can call them and they can see me but I cannot see them). But they use them everyday to listen to music all day and the size is perfect. Great gift for your parents!

very capable, good sound quality with excellent graphics. For the price this device performs many functions. It understands my voice and has not missed once. Great addition to kitchen where access to youtube and videos for recopies can be very helpful. Home screen can be customized to show any type of pictures or themes. All and all very good device

Added this device on the spur of the moment, and I am so glad I did. Easy setup to integrate into Google Home app. I love the Routines you can setup thru the device to control various smart home devices. I have only one con, the speaker is a bit weak. I like to listen to music thru my smart devices and the speaker on the Hub is a bit underwhelming.

We liked our first one so much we put one in nearly every room. It's convenient to broadcast messages from your phone or other devices throughout your house. I do wish they would update software to allow a 2-way intercom between just 2 devices. It's very handy always having Google as a personal assistant throughout the house.

Had the Amazon one that was similar to this, but decided to replace with the google assistant. This has so many more features and so easy to use. I love how you can upload hundreds of photos for a slideshow. I also love the feature when you ask goggle for recipes. It will read instructions at your pace. Will buy another!

I absolutely love having this in my kitchen area. I am able to easily just bring up recipes, check weather, or even turn on the lights. I like having the ability to share something with everyone by casting it to my tv in the living room. Easy to set up, and the Assistant App is a breeze to use and get other items connected to the hub. Glad I purchased this!

I purchased it as a gift for family. They typically have some difficulty with technology but after initial set up, they are able to control smart switches/bulbs, play and stop music on their own. Small compact size. Easy for different family members to push new photos to the album for them to see it automatically.

This screen does a lot. It communicates with smart home devices that are connected. However, it does lack integration with Ring video devices, which is one drawback. Also, I am still waiting for live streaming from Hulu, though this can be accomplished by using the app on a smartphone or tablet and "chrome casting" it to the screen.

Easy set up. Love the potential for setting up my smart home.
