Connecting to a viable site (like Youtube) is difficult, however the device still manages to get the specific song she requests. She uses it as a timer, to get local weather, news and answers to questions about just any subject. The sound is good for most listening - but would like to have blue-tooth to connect to home sound system. BTW we unplug the device when not listening as it is always listening for privacy.

I was really glad to have started my smart home with this device. It walked me through setting everything up with ease and works just as I expected it to. I have since gotten 4 additional Google/Nest Mini's to complement my smart home and am looking forward to continue growing it!

This is a really nice product. Has so much to offer, I haven't scratched the surface with this Google hub. At this point I'm just listening to music and radio stations, and watching some you tube videos. Also asked it for some recipes, and so nice to have the video screen to watch.

First easy to setup. Very fun and accurate when it comes to finding answers. Been using the mini for a long time, but having everything visualized is just awesome! But only complaint is the lack of camera. That's the only reason I don't give it a perfect 5.

As our dependence on technology increases, this Nest Hub has proven to be helpful and overall, easy to use. I have most of my house connected to it and simply speak to it do what it's been set to do. The speaker isn't the best for music and gets a bit distorted at higher volumes, but it works. Do you NEED one? Probably not, but will you like it? Probably so.

Makes working in the kitchen far more simple and allows you to view house security cameras at a word. Very useful, can stream Netflix or hbo, pretty much anything you can chromecast. Also works well as a Nest/Google link for your smart home. I got it on a great sale so the value is improved by that.

I love is Google Nest Hub!! It has a screen that gives you all the information you need about your home. The only thing that I didn't like about is that you can't turn off your Nest Secure Alarm System. It works for everything else that I have in my Nest System.

I previously had a Google Home speaker that I got as a gift, but it died on me. I did plenty of research before deciding to upgrade to the hub with screen included. I was previously using a decades old Sony alarm clock next to my bed. So I decided this would replace both items and clear up clutter on my nightstand. This thing has been perfect for what I need. Syncing to Google Home app took minutes, I like the visual feedback for voice commands. The auto-dimming of the screen is great when it's late at night and I want to check the time but not have it light up the whole room. I don't use it much for things like Spotify/YouTube, but I would say the speaker is a bit less loud than the Google Home, but at this size it's not meant to be a main music player anyway. Only downside I've found so far is it tends to disconnect from Spotify when I use my phone to control it. But again, I don't use this as my main music player so I don't mind as much as others might.

If you have the other Mini's and such make sure to get this BUT,wait till it goes on sale.It is spendy at full price.This has NO Camera.If you want a camera then look at the other mfg's.It would be cool if it had an Audio Output though.Same with the Minis and Homes and that would make them even more versatile.

I usually use this to watch the news whole working from home. It also sounds great for music, adjust brightness automatically and shuts the screen off when it's completely dark. It's easy to controller connected devices from the Google home hub as well.

Love the Nest Hello doorbell integration. Works perfectly! Would highly recommending getting a few throughout the house so you can quickly see who's at the door. If you're concern about privacy, there's physically no camera on this so no worries about prying eyes.

I have the larger unit upstairs in the main part of the house but love having this one in the downstairs area. It is connected to all my google and nest items so answering the door without having to run upstairs is great, especially when I am working in the office downstairs.

We upgraded from our google mini to this nest hub. Does the same thing but the screen is nice. I really like how you can watch the news, see a recipe on youtube, etc. I also really like how it show your own pictures. Definitely a good upgrade from the mini.

Easy to set up and use. Great options. Easy to read display. We love it!

Black Friday deal was a great price and I love to be able to make recipes and read them at the kitchen. I only had a mini before and I’d have to redo commands to go back to the steps. Now I just need to scroll up or down if I want to read something really quick.

Having the nest Hub is great thing to have alongside my tv that has Google assistance because I don’t need the magic remote to do various things with my tv. I also can use it like an Tablet and do things on it that I would normally do on my iPad. So it awesome...

We absolutely love this hub. Ours is located in our kitchen and allows us to do all the usual things our google home minis do, but it’s been such a great tool for looking up and saving recipes. There are lots of fun features and if you are part of the google home family I highly recommend!

Did a lot of research on smart displays and decided to go with this. It links up with our nest thermostat and other smart devices. You can also send video from Facebook to it over the wifi and watch cooking videos when in the kitchen...easily plays music you request, temp, etc

I wasn't really sure how much use I would get out of this for the price, but we use it daily. Besides controlling our smart home devices (lights, lamps, etc), it is really useful for weather updates, music and video. We have it in the kitchen for easy access to recipes. I am pleased with our purchase.

I’m having a lot of fun with Google Hub. I have learned to sink my apple calendar so I can see upcoming events. Love to use in kitchen with recipes, control smart lights, and my favorite is to ask it to play different ambient sounds!! Not necessary but fun! I only wish my Ring doorbell would integrate with it.
