He failed to tell me that the item needs another element to work. I suppose I should’ve realized that it needed a modem.

Changed over to the Google Nest and the complaints have stopped.

My house is about 2000 sqft and I had them places probably about 50 feet apart with 2 walls in between and the connection would cut out several times a day. At this price tag I was pretty disappointed, ended up switching to 1 strong router that looks like a mothership. Pretty though.

If you're willing to give the product another go, It may be helpful to try the following steps to see if the Wi-Fi performance and connectivity will improve:
- Move the connected device closer to your Wifi router or point.
- Repositioning the points to avoid obstructions like walls, doors, and aquariums can improve performance.
- Make sure all unused devices are off and not draining bandwidth with large downloads.
- Check for possible sources of interference such as microwave ovens, refrigerators or other equipment.
- Run a mesh test to confirm placement of your Wifi points.

Not nearly as much buffering on my live streaming. And I’m STILL not using it to its full capabilities.

I had heard mesh system would be the way to go but I had similar issues with Google nest WiFi as well. Stayed connected where the main router is but not anywhere else. Had rebooted the system multiple times, many times it wouldn’t connect even to the access point and this being in the same room. Decided to return this ina bout a week unfortunately. But it is a very good mesh system for those who it works. Would recommend trying it atleast.
