Hi I never could get hotspot to work and I tried to send it back and I guess 28 August was the last day I could send it back I didn’t realize you had such a turn around short turnaround on returning it I was hoping I can get it to work and I wouldn’t have to send it back so I’m gonna honestly say I’m not gonna give a good review because of that and then when I tried to talk to somebody on the phone about it I was put on hold forever I realize the times are tough right now but I don’t feel like I got the help I needed to even try to get it working so that’s the reason for my review

The item came with no USB charging cord. Activated this hotspot device today and found out to have poor and slow quality reception. One PC is already very slow and can not work with multiple devices. Much regret that it is UNRETURNABLE!

the device is fine. It works. But the service was my issue. The wifi was OK but it said I had used 10gb in about a week. I bought 10 more and shut it off then I wasn't home. I used it about 4 hours per day and I was out another 10gb in 3 days. Something doesn't seem right here and I will be trying something else

Used this hotspot for one day and all the data was gone. I reached out to the local Best Buy and was told that data on hotspots go very quickly. I was also told that I wasted my money.

Cool device! Really calming to have something that's truly a mobile experience. The GB does use quickly when downloading ,but other than that its a great purchase for me.

The reason I purchased the mobile hotspot was for emergencies reasons only and backup when there is a power outage due to weather or other reasons. I have security cameras all around my house that run on WIFI so I want to keep them running without interruption at all times. That said, too soon for a review as I haven't used it yet...I will let you know whenever I use it...

So my money went down the drain. I couldnt use it in enid, Oklahoma didnt know until I got it. Now Im out of money I didnt get it mailed off in time. ;( I lost money. Its still in the box it came in.

The device worked in terms of connection and data usage. My issue with this device was that I can not keep it to stay on when unplugged from the charger which defeats the purpose of having a mobile hotspot.
