I had a cheap LG phone that worked great on Net10's 3G network. I made the mistake of upgrading to a 4G phone which uses T-Mobile towers:-(!!! TERRIBLE MISTAKE!!! The phone is a go but the T-Mobile network I somehow got stuck using through Net10 is absolutely horrible! They can't even offer me a 402 area code for my phone! I'm from Nebraska and am stuck with a 660 area code, which is from Missouri!!! I cannot express how disappointed I am with Net10 for getting me mixed up with T-mobile.... The phone gets 2 stars & T-mobile via Net10 gets a minus -5 stars!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!!

didn't need a phone to use for long, not on a contract. Worked fine, no idea how it would hold up. A lot of features for such a cheap phone.

It's a great phone for being so inexpensive! I can't afford a Smart Phone right now, but for only $35/month, I get unlimited phone calls, text messages, and a lot of wifi data!

It was worth the price but the storage was a big con to me. Even though I know it’s cheap, without storage, I cant download enough apps. Still able to use it as a flashlight.

this phone works great. I had a little difficulty getting an audio ring. Went to best buy I was sure it was defective. The best buy rep. showed me a little switch I must had turned on to mute the phone. Those Best Buy reps. sure know their products.

My daughter usession the phone to play games on WiFi only. It's a nice compact phone but you will definitely need a memory card. It comes with practically 0 room for games.

We got this new phone when my wife's old one died because of its inexpensive cost. It does its job well enough, but has limited storage space, and not enough room for the various apps my wife came to enjoy using on her old phone.

Some good things, some bad things

Theoretically, $20 is good for a 4G phone. It has a nice screen size, yes it's 4G and its pretty quick. But by the time you update all your apps you wonder what else you can fit onto the unit. There is no ability to move apps to the SD card no matter what program you download to attempt it. The other thing is the questionable battery life. Of normal use I was able to get 2 days of use before plugging it into the outlet to charge again. The 1.2 ghz processor though does make up for some flaws that this phone has as all my apps run pretty smoothly. You get 500mb of high speed 4G data for $35 a month and then they throttle you to 2G until your plan comes up for renewal on the due date. This phone uses the T Mobile Prepaid Network so make sure you can get a good signal from them before purchasing this phone as it seems to be a HSPA+ powered phone. This phone is not bad for the adult user but if you're buying for a kid who wants to game on it, spend your money on a phone with a 5" screen and more memory.

I am a very simple individual and I don't like complexity, this phone is very easy to use, I do wish it had better cell strength.
