I thought if I used the cable company for a voice line that I didn't have any choice but to rent a modem from them. Then I found this modem and it's been great! Saved me $12/mo on modem rental fees and works well with my Google Wifi.

Substantial speed improvements over my old Docsis 3.0 modem. Getting 200+Mb connection speed downloads very reliably, less issues with multiple users. Setup with comcast was a struggle Automatic didn't work. typo on the part of first agent caused several hours of phone support to setup, and several more for the phone fuction. But ... it seems to work great now!

Easy to install. Hard to quantify any speed enhancement.

I'm very happy with this modem. My previous constantly was losing a connection. My only reservation with this is that there is only one Ethernet port. I would have preferred more than one so that I could connect my Google WiFi to one to provide my WiFi and another one to connect my computer which is right next to the modem.

Sales rep failed to point out that the cable modem I was buying did not process telephone calls. After unistalling it and returning it to the store, the second rep found me a slightly more expensive one that fit my requirements and budget. It ended well but wasn't an efficienet process.

We needed a modem that to have a phone line to fax from our printer. We are able to use the modem to provide a fax and land line. The connectivity is great for the internet as well. I would purchase this device again.

Purchased this to get out of the monthly rental fee from my internet company. Store associate was very helpful in helping me find the correct modem.

I also bought this to replace a comcast rented modem. comcast makes it difficult to replace their modems but it was worth it. these modems do need more than 1 ethernet port. I can always get a cheap hub if i need more.

Works good. Way better than the Comcast issued modem.

This was purchased as a replacement for an Xfinity modem that stopped working. It provides Plug any Play convenience but make certain it will work with your provider's system.

We went cable free and bought our own modem to save that fee also from the cable company. This product has fit that bill so we could still use our phone that we had with comcast. The only drawback is it only has one port to hook up another device to it so you need a hub to add more devices.

If you need a cable modem for internet and voice, this is a great option. I've been using this for 2 months now and am happy with it. Set up was easy, phone works well, and there was no noticeable change in internet performance on our devices.

I have Wi-Fi phone service and needed a new Modem that could handle this. The Best Buy salesperson knew exactly which was best for me. We love it! Never have any phone problems at all!

Installation was easy but Comcast messed up the connection which took them hours to get the mac addresses entered correctly. Works great now but do wish there was a way to increase the phone volume. I am not using modem for internet wifi.

Had this for over a year now. I run at least 30 wired and wireless devices off of it. Crazy strong, great signal, paired with a nighthawk Netgear router and the two are a match made in heaven.

My Internet supplier bill went up so i call the agent told me i could get my own modem that will cut down the bill &im so glad i did.. i call and activated my modem and returned their ...in so happy with the Netgear modem..

I decided to purchase my own cable router after having many difficulties with the one provided by Xfinity. The set-up and support was excellent, and my Wifi speed is much better than before. Very happy with my purchase.
