    We had problems with connecting this modem to my new Xfinity Service from the onset. We had the Xfinity Technicians out TWO TIMES and made SEVERAL CALLS to Xfinity. We finally went to Xfinity and picked up the Xfinity Modem package TODAY! We lost over 6 days of work because the modem did not work seamlessly with the Xfinity cable and our router.
