I replaced my Comcast owned modem/router combo unit with this modem and a Linksys AC1900 wireless router. These units work amazing together. I used to experience delays initially loading pages, and occasional sluggish operation of the Comcast modem. No more! This modem also has room to grow as technology changes.

After several years, my old modem bit the dust. I replaced it with the one from Netgear. Hook up was simple and it was up and running in a matter of minutes. I have a printer, two laptops, an iPad, and three televisions connected to it, and all work perfectly.

I chose this modem for another home modem replacement due to difficulties I was having with dropping streams. once I set up the Netgear modem my streams to my Roku were much faster even with the existing router - which I ended up replacing with a Netgear as well.

Works well easy set up. Small size doesnt take up much space.

Cable modems DO go bad over time--picked this one up to replace my old surfboard modem. It's been a solid connection every since. As with all cable modems, unplugging it for 30 seconds or so once a week will keep you from having connection problems.

Very easy to setup and works great with Cox mid grade internet speed.

This has been helpful because our high speed internet signal is weak and this modem improved our connection.

I have this hooked up to WOW 500 GB internet and it works like a charm. This is connected to a Netgear router and I have seen no lag in internet speed or connections. I have always gone with Netgear and have had no issues with their products in over 10 years.

After years of "renting" a modem from our cable company, when we needed to upgrade to meet new technology standards we decided to buy our own modem compatible with our cable provider. The Netgear works perfectly and in the long run will save us money on our cable bill.

I purchased this so that I would not have to rent from Comcast. Rated up to 960mbps for Comcast, this has been paired with an Orbi for overall good performance. I reboot about once every 4-6 weeks but I am not sure if it is because I have a poor signal coming in or inside the home. I lock on to 24 down and 4 up consistently on 150mbps service. I also recycled an old Surfboard for a 15% discount.

...we had an earthquake last week and it knocked out the electricity for a few minutes so I had to check the modem and router when they reset. The modem was almost too hot to pick up so I had to disconnect, let it cool down, and then reset. Checked it several times since and it's normal.

After firmware update which is automatic, Comcast is not needed to be contacted to connect up to the Internet. Go to a website which is provided on a setup sheet and set up is complete without any manual help from Comcast.

After researching multiple modems, this Netgear seemed the best bang for the buck. Works great with our Comcast service so far. Older modem was dropping service frequently, but this one has been stable for over a month now.

Actually works great but I took it back because my previous one (same brand - older model) was not the problem after all. Surprise! Who would of thought! These things work so good, it's hardly ever the consumers modem! Cable Company had to fix things on their end. AGAIN!

I purchased this to replace the old Arris modem that Charter Spectrum had sent to our house. It was very easy to set up and I've had no issues with it. I've used it in conjunction with a Netgear router without any noticeable connection problems.

On the Spectrum approved list, just upgraded to the 400/20 tier and this works perfectly. I usually Velcro my modems to the back of the tv stand but that won’t work with this one as the stand is integrated. Otherwise it’s great, no complaints.

This Netgear CM600 modem provided easy access to Comcast internet and resulted in extended range that eliminated the need for a network expander.

I bought this cable modem after Cox Communications decided to charge me a monthly fee for my box after I dropped my phone service with them. This cable modem performs as expected and has specs for handling faster internet speeds should I choose to upgrade my service.

I bought this because I was tired of using the mediocre equipment I was being leased by TWC. I expect this to more than pay for itself in the space of a year, but don't let that obscure the fact that it is qualitatively faster and more efficient than the equipment is it replacing.

I purchased this to help with the download up load speeds in my home. Two teenagers and myself use a lot of bandwidth. I am happy as I have no longer experienced the lagging while streaming like I did from my old modem. Good purchase if you have a lot of internet usage
