im a bit picky and one of those people that has to rank everything and find the "best" and make sure its all good. This netgear extender (using fastlane 2.4ghz and 5ghz to connect to my office devices) has been the best use of this product. Ive only had it for about 2 weeks but so far so good. Thought of returning to get a wall plug kind but best buy told me that they were not as good at range. so...20% chance I exchange now.

I purchased it because the connection was weak in my apartment and now with the right connection this product works great.

This net gear extender is a good product it help cover a lot of dead spots in my house.

my wireless internet does not quite reach the shop the computer does pick it up though the signal is too weak to connect so i purchased this product and works great though the internet speed is about half of what the router is, for some reason though but Best Buy Geek Squad did say that the extender speed would not be as fast as the router though the extender does stream video and YouTube videos and the shop that i have it in is a all Metal Machine shed next to a grain dryer and 10 grain bins

Works alright. Range is shorter than hoped for - about 250 sq ft. Signal strength is pretty good. 5ghz works intermittently.

Very easy to set up. Extended range of my wifi as described. Can get wifi at the other end of my house now and even a little outside. Would buy again!

The setup was very easy to complete., Was about to do the whole thing from my smart phone. Just make sure you connect to it first!

Live in a large house with three floors. Router located on second floor. This was very expensive having to pay for each separate of three cable boxes on that third floor. With this extender, I Cancelled three cable boxes and bought three Fire sticks. Extender enabled perfect Wi Fi reception on third floor from router on second floor. Now the cable company will have to find some one else to get rich off..... Watch out , that person may be you

I bought this extender to boost my WiFi signal to a streaming device connected to our main TV. My router is several thick plaster walls from my TV and we could almost never view a 1/2 hour TV episode without experiencing a cutoff due to a poor WiFi connection. I have been using the extender for several days now and have not seen a dropped connection or even a glitch in any streamer output yet..

I have tried many, including Linksys, Amped Wireless and even some of Netgears and NONE compare to this one in overall performance!

Works to connect to modem on the other end of a 3,000 sq ft house. Very rarely drops connection

It helped a little, but I'm not sure it works as well as it's supposed to. Not worth the cost.

I tried 2 previous products that I couldn't get to work. This one though, was easy to set up. It has worked like a charm since I got it.
