I needed a new router with better specs to replace my ten+ year old reliable Netgear. This has done the job and is just as reliable.

Easy setup, high performance, high reliability. I've had it for over a month now and it consistently provides high performance both 5G and non-5G.

We upgraded our internet speed and needed a new router. The employee recommended this one and it has been great. The set-up took a little longer than I had hoped, but the employee had given us some tips, which did help. He suggested using the same router name and password, so that we wouldn't have to reset all our devices. Such a time saver. Also, I recommend setting it up from a computer, instead of the app or a phone browser. That was the main issue we had and it set up immediately, when we switched to our home computer for setting everything up.

Met all my expectations and is reliable. Netgear has always been a solid product for me. I will continue to buy their products in the future.

We use to have connectivity issues with our older outdated router. This one was a great improvement and we have had no issues so far.

The wifi router is fair to good. Easy to setup with the range I expected. However, I had intended on using the USB ports for network storage. I tried several devices, but none were compatible. The storage devices listed as compatible on Netgear's website are impossible to find. I ended up returning this router and trying the AC1900 (R7000). Unfortunately I haven't found a storage device that works with the R7000 either. I've spent hours on the phone with Netgear help, not sure what my next step is.

This was a great replacement of my old Netgear router. Amazing range and advanced capabilities. Able to connect external storage device, which can act as a network storage.

Installed easily. Handles simultaneous high resolution video over wifi without issue. Typical Netgear software. Great value for older equipment.
