Bought this and a cable modem to avoid monthly Xfinity rental fee. Really like the ability to schedule Wi-Fi to turn off at night for those with electromagnetic hypersensitivity. Able to use wired connection for TV after Wi-Fi turned off. At first had problems getting scheduling to work. Had to reset time and ntp server. Instructions could have been clearer for this. Had to go to the web to resolve this issue.
