This is a great package and helps to really keep tabs on your home. There is a little delay but that makes perfect sense. Very easy to use.

Got this set of four wireless and two wired cameras on sale. One of the wireless cameras from the first set we got wasn't working. Called Arlo customer service to get it fixed but they couldn't fix it. They suggested exchanging the whole unit for a new one. We did and haven't had any problems so far. We ended up using one wired cameras for our outdoor patio. It works as long as it doesn't get wet! FYI, the wireless cameras are weatherproof. The wired ones aren't so be careful if you decide to use the wired cameras outside.

Wasn't easy to get going but it's great once I got it going . Arlo customer service worked good. Best Buy sales guy was very helpful also.

This is a great system. My wife even became a fan while we were on a trip and received notifications of what was going on outside our home. Only downside is at times the Arlo Q camera has a hard time connecting to my Android phone to talk through the camera when away from home. Iphone seems to work pretty well with it so far though.

Would have given this system 5 stars but one of the cameras did not work at all. This is our second system....now up to nine cameras. This system has worked great due to the ease of installation and our neighbor has it and two weeks ago her car was broken into. With the video recorded the police were able to catch the thief!

Cameras provide clear pictures, wide angle of coverage, easy to manage from my phone using the App. Very happy with the purchase.

The battery powered cameras only record after they notice motion (when setup properly) so if you're looking for a full-time record camera system look elsewhere. Otherwise they are weather proof and if they have an internet connection do well, the software and app are easy to use too.

Clear picture and easy to install, sales consultants answered all questions before and after purchase

We purchased the Arlo security camera set which included 4 wireless camera and two wired indoor cameras. The wireless are working fine & we have no qualms with them but the wired Arlo Q cameras keep losing connection. Since they are plugged into the main unit it seems like these should not be losing their connection. It is a hassle to reset them and I have done it twice now. If they don't stay connected this time, I may return them.

Absolutely love our cameras. Easy to set up, easy to use and monitor. Picture quality is great.

Overall I'm satisfied with the system, the only drawback is the time delay in recording when motion is detected. Sometimes it detects and records the tail end of things.
