Good security cameras, just got to keep messing with them to get it right. If you put it on high it taking video very minute, them if you turn it way down you miss everything, if the wind blowing or the sky moving it go off so you just got to place them in the right place, I really like them because they are wireless!!

Great cameras for the price plus no wires. These wireless cameras are great. Long as you got good internet you will have no problem. I stick with the basic plan and no upgrade yet. Four cameras running and maybe get a fifth.

We needed a security system for our home and was deciding between this brand and a competitor. After reading about this product it was clear to me how simple this was to set up which was a factor. I decided to get the “base” model to start with and was happy with the performance. It took less 30 minutes to get it up and running and most of that time was spent setting up my account. Needless to say I was very happy with the performance once it was up and running that I purchased a “pro” add-on camera. I you’re looking for an effective video security with 2-way voice, this is a great product for the price. What’s more, you can buy the “base” model and it is compatible with the “pro” add-ons!

Great cameras, easy to set up and install. No wires is always a plus and we are very satisfied with the picture quality and the motion detection sensors. The batteries life on these cameras is also very impressive.

Setup is simple. Video quality is very good. Being wireless, these are super easy to place or mount. Battery life is good overall, but as you'd expect...winter and batteries are a tough combination. There are some limits with the scheduling, but overall these are fantastic. What truly stinks is that you're limited to 5 cameras on the basic account and need to pay $10/month for an upgraded account, that STILL limits the device count. The phone app is pretty good and settings can be adjusted online or via the app. The worst part I guess is that the mounts are $20, though I've found some cheap alternatives online for $3-4 each, and the cameras are $150 each to add on.

Looking for fast, simple, priced right, and easy to install? This motion detector camera is it! We bought two for our front and back entry areas of our home. We monitor our home via notifications on our smartphones where we can then playback the recording. The camera resolution is good and in color. Glad we made the decision to buy this camera after time spent researching for a good deal and a good working camera.

This camera is great for basic usage. The picture is great, surprisingly, even at night with the night vision. I find it picks up motion easily if you have the sensitivity set correctly. (We had to play around with that.) I have it set to notify me on my phone when it detects movement and it seems to be spot on. It records in 30 second segments that can be viewed on our phones or computer. We got this because someone slashed our inflatables at Christmas. We fixed them and put them back out so if the slashers returned we'd hopefully catch them. They did not return, but we've caught some great stuff--like my daughter waving to the camera on her way to school, only to slip and fall. So it's also entertaining! We have not had to replace the batteries yet, but one of the cameras seem to be using more battery than the other.

The camera is great. It is small so it is unnoticeable. Video has a great picture. Very sharp and clear. Even in the night time the camera takes very clear pictures. Love it. Planning on adding more cameras.

Certainly the best feature is no wires! Some comment on the lack of sound but I really don't think it's necessary if using these for outdoor security. I would however love for the app to give the option of choosing alert tones and making the alert a pop-up with a choice to view live with one tap. I am very happy with my purchase of 4 cams and plan to buy some for my parents as well.

This camera surveillance system is easy to setup and use. Only drawback is it requires cr123a batteries. But out of the majority of surveillance products on the market, this was the best product with wireless feature and active surveillance with motion sensors. Great product! I even bought a second set!

Easy to system to set up. Priced right. Would like more controls as to where motion in the picture motion is detected. This Arlo camera has four batteries, which I have not had to replace yet. I like the fact that the camera is wireless, but I am concerned as to how long the batteries will last. Video detail is very good when HD is select, and good at the lower setting. Video details of objects beyond twenty feet are not as sharp. Nighttime video is pretty good too.

Being wireless its very flexible. I've been using for over a month and batteries still show a full charge. If you're monitoring outside activity, the cameras need to be outside...doesn't work well from behind a window due to glare etc. Love being able to move cameras around inside and outside the house without much hassle. If batteries last as long as they say, I'll give it 5 starts.

The Arlo camera was very easy to setup with wireless internet. The Netgear app was easy to use. The camera images were very clear. This is perfect for indoor use. However, if you plan on mounting it outside, the camera can be easily stolen. They need to include an outdoor mounting equipment that permanently secures the camera. Someone can just snatch the Arlo from the magnetic mount.

Amazing..Nice looking little cameras and they have a bit of weight to them. They aren't heavy by any means but feel like quality little units. They can sit on any flat surface or you may use the supplied magnetic mounts to install on a wall. They also have a tripod type adapter on the bottom which may open up some additional mounting possibilities.

pros: easy set up. Cons: trying to figure out scheduling of motion detection.

very easy to install, the picture is clear even on cold night.
