    I set the thing up and only found that it didn't work. So I called Netgear customer service. After hours of talking, we eventually came to a conclusion that the product is a defect. As a result, Netgear sent me another one (a refurbished one) for free. However, it was another defect. I was so disappointed and would like to make a return and ask for a refund. However, Netgear didn't provide any refund so they just pointed me to Best Buy. But Best Buy refused as well with a "strong" reason as it is beyond the 15 days limit. I cannot believe that both Best Buy and Netgear agree that a product defect is a customer's fault!
